“I went to this store to buy a replacement cabinet hinge. They didn’t have what I needed but they went out of their way to find a local store that carried the item. They called the store and printed out the exact product I needed. If they were this helpful in finding a product from a local competitor, I can only imagine how helpful they would be if I was their customer.
What a great store. It’s hard to find customer service like this anymore.”
“These guys are great! I had a small job ( replacing two small windows & caulking up some gaps in my larger windows) and everything was addressed in a timely and efficient manner. This is the second time I have used this company and I would highly recommend them .”
“Great home depot. Love the smell of it when I first walk in the store. Last year got me and my mom a above ground planter the we put hurbs in (plant didn't survive though because we lwk suck at gardening noy the point anyway) it was great for that. We also redid some of my backyard near my back door and replaced some of it with Vargo rocks with there lawn cloth at the bottom and hydrangea plants that are thriving. All of this we got from this home depot and they for shure live up to there slogan...this home depot let's the doers get more done. The staff there is also really nice in storeand in the gardening section...one time I needed to find chain oil and i couldn't find it until one pf the many helpful
people there helped me find it. Over all 11/10”
“It has a moving walkway to get to the second floor as well as an elevator. Very friendly staff. Oh and they have a piano player on Friday. Garden center is packed with bedding plants and supplies for what you need in your garden.”
“They were quickly to remove the old carpeting they vacuumed and cleaned up then they proceeded to install the new car padding and carpeting and in a matter of hours I had a new beautiful new flooring”
“Home Depot is the biggest shop for construction materials.All types of garden materials also available. Neat and clean prices are .very cheap. We can even get construction materials like a ladder and all for rent also. Stffs are very cooperative. Quality of the products are very nice. All type of painting materials available. They are offering variety of interior as well as exterior painting materials”

“This Lowe's is in a convenient area, easy in and out of the parking lot. Compared to our local Home Depot, the staff here seems friendlier and easier to find when you have questions. We recently stopped in here a lot when doing a home bathroom remodeling project and found what we needed pretty quickly. Thanks for the great service! “VS menards well stocked but what sets it apart is it's employees are every where and most knowledgeable. Most are from a trade which is invaluable! Plus being a vet i don't have to jump through hoops mailing in receipt or as they count on it forgetting to get 10% off. Do not like current return policy. Even if they stock item you can't even get a store credit if over i guess 30/35$. Unless you have the credit card or receipt. If I kept every receipt I'd need a accountant!”
“Renard is a great place to save money. The rebate program is an excellent resource, as their prices are already low. I've had rebates that have paid for my entire purchase. Since they sell staples, such as coffee, toilet paper, drinking water, you can redeem the 11% checks on any items.
When you park take note of the location. I try to always park in the same area. I see several people that can't find their cars when they leave.”

“Kitchen and bath Counter tops look very nice. I would recommend Ralph Libertyville designer he was very nice and helpful. Installers not so great but one of the 2 guys who did install looked to be in training and scratched a cabinet by accident. Not Lowes fault.”

“I don’t usually write online reviews for quick retail runs, but the incredible service I received at the Long Grove Menards deserves to be called out. In a world where big-box stores often ignore you unless you're dropping thousands of dollars, this team proved that every single customer matters. I bought a couple small items being electrical outlets and hardware to finish a small project and the staff here was incredibly helpful (Robert and Sean). Store was also very clean and insanely organized. Bye bye Home Depot!!! Menards just earned another repeat customer”
