They called the store and printed out the exact product I needed. If they were this helpful in finding a product from a local competitor, I can only imagine how helpful they would be if I was their customer. What a great store. It’s hard to find customer service like this anymore.”

In a world where big-box stores often ignore you unless you're dropping thousands of dollars, this team proved that every single customer matters. I bought a couple small items being electrical outlets and hardware to finish a small project and the staff here was incredibly helpful (Robert and Sean). Store was also very clean and insanely organized. Bye bye Home Depot!!! Menards just earned another repeat customer”

“VS menards well stocked but what sets it apart is it's employees are every where and most knowledgeable. Most are from a trade which is invaluable! Plus being a vet i don't have to jump through hoops mailing in receipt or as they count on it forgetting to get 10% off. Do not like current return policy. Even if they stock item you can't even get a store credit if over i guess 30/35$. Unless you have the credit card or receipt. If I kept every receipt I'd need a accountant!”

Since they sell staples, such as coffee, toilet paper, drinking water, you can redeem the 11% checks on any items. When you park take note of the location. I try to always park in the same area. I see several people that can't find their cars when they leave.”
