“I was driving home and my car decided to give out today, I drive a classic car and it had issues and I decided to drive it anyways, low and behold my car gave out on me and I was left on the side of the road. It is obvious I need a tow so I googled it and found Darrell's towing so I called them up and within 20 minutes they were there to hook my car up and take me home. We got to my location and the garage is angled so the man got my car as close as he can to my garage and then helped push my car into the garage where my car sits now... Talk about impressive response time and friendly courtesy to help my day. I wanted to say publicly thank you very much for your help and btw it won't kill your pockets! Give them a call if you need help”

“Took my van here after it got hit by another car in a parking lot. My cousin (my mechanic) had recommended me this place and for body work repair and I will say it was a great experience. The shop looked clean and very professional, from parking lot to the building and the staff. As a business owner myself I pay close attention to all of this, because If you cant try your best to take care of your location that tells me you are not going to take care of my car, Parsons was very professional and clean, I was impressed at first sight. “Fixed a friend's car very quickly. We had replaced the battery personally that was tested bad. It worked just fine until couple of hours later until it just clicked and the head lights, dashlights, error lights started blinking on and off!!??
We checked the battery cables and they were tight and not moving. Towed it in. Sparkman Automotive replaced the battery cable. Boom done! Good folks there.”

“Jeff and Terry are very nice hardworking guys. My catalytic converter went out on me. My to be son-in-law is a mechanic, but lives in S. Carolina, and was helping me find a place to go. They are NAPPA affiliated, close to me, and had good reviews.I took it in and they looked under the car and saw a part on my converter had broken on both sides. He showed me what converter I needed for my SUV and cost and wrote me up an estimate.I brought it back and dropped it off. I also needed a sensor. They were very helpful, upfront, and the price is fair and what I expected. I will come back to them when I need anymore work done for sure!”

“Wonderful experience in contacting Luis Pena who had sold me my previous 2019 Honda CRV. He made time to show me all models that are presently available. I settled on the 2024 Honda CRV Touring Hybrid. It surpasses all expectations. I am devoted to this particular car buying them every five years from 1998. This purchase is so exciting. The ride is beyond the smooth ride as previously experienced . The GPS that I require is now in sync with my iPhone and guides me by just mentioning a name. There is absolutely no sound from the Hybrid which I would have anticipated. “I called to make an appointment for a wheel alignment. I spoke to a gentleman on the phone. His name was Jim The general manager very professional on the phone I told him that I had a Costco card and that Costco told me that I would get 15% off if I went to tuffy so when I talk to Jim, he knew exactly what I was talking about and then I told him that I would have to make an appointment on the weekend because I did not have no way to get Home if I drop the car off and he told me that they have shuttle So I dropped my car off and Nancy the lady that works there took me home very nice lady very professional I usually do not leave reviews, but this place deserves it. Most places charge An up charge if you have a discount and this place was the Best price for the alignment and plus I got the 15% off I would highly recommend this place. Thanks again Jim and Nancy.
