“I went in for some assistance with the migration to T-Mobile on 05/08/26 12:00 pm-2:00 pm. The team was super helpful to both myself and also to 20-40 people I witnessed come in for assistance. Most of them were 60+ years of age, and several of them were extremely confused and angry by the transition of companies. The issues with service and payment were overwhelming to most and several were very upset.
The crew there onsite was so kind and patient with each guest and deescalated several situations with clients that had been impacted and could not comprehend the changes.
These people are out here doing excellent work in a tough situation and it is appreciated.”
