“For many years I’ve had horrible sleep apnea being stubborn I did not seek help and it affected every aspect of my life negatively. I went to the doctor and he told me to get a Phillips ventilator to sleep with every night Nicole Bowie from Lincare is amazing she set the Machine up and showed me how to work it. It’s been almost a month and I haven’t had this kind of AMAZING SLEEP IN 20+ years. She really made a difference in the quality of care that I get from the company Nicole gives me courtesy visits to make sure everything is going great with the ventilator. I really appreciate her!”

“As a Disabled, Senior Citizen, Veteran, Firefighter, First Responder, On Hospice after a shaky start in the transfer from Carle Medical Supply to your company. The latter part of last year ,with the exchanging out of equipment, and a few bumps in the road/procedures. I so far have had no major customer issues to report. My primary delivery driver (Cameron) has been very helpful, knowledgeable, and willing to go the extra step to complete the tasks assigned. He is a credit to your company and if i can suggest a minimal wage raise to reflect his professionalism.”
“At first they were okay. Brought me an old portable home concentrator and some tanks and some tubing. Tech that brought it seemed competent enough and told me my portable oxygen machine would be delivered in about a month. That was six months ago. Every time I call I get the same story about how in demand they are and how short the supply is. Can’t give me an idea of when they might come in. Now they don’t take my calls. They never once called to see if things were going okay or if I needed supplies. Dose anyone knows another company I can switch to???Someone called me the day after I wrote this review and said someone would bring me a portable oxygen concentrator the next day. Joel came the next day and was very polite and very knowledgeable. He explained everything to me and showed me how to use the backup tanks. I am very pleased and breathing happy!!!”
