Harlem location and he said yes but truly he was only the call centerI told him exactly what I needed and he gave me an extra large one the manager of 22 years here at the 9800 S. Harlem location fixed my problem and instantly provided us with the correct size.”

“Stored my stuff for a year and this is one of the cleanest storage facilities I’ve ever been to. It was always very well kept. The moving process in and out was easy. I didn’t like that I had to buy a Cylinder lock when I already had a disc lock from previous storages, but that’s okay, it still worked out. Grateful for storage manager Sandra’s great customer service.”

“Being from a military background, I have had to use storage facilities more times than I can count. Most of the time, it's a very impersonal experience (very transactional). However, i must say... I have never had customer service like I do with Candace and Joel! They are extremely friendly, super helpful, and very knowledgeable. These two always go above and beyond. I always leave feeling like I had just visited extended family vs. simply paying my bill. The warm and friendly customer service should not go unnoticed and should definitely be recognized!”
“Annie provided outstanding assistance to me in assisting with my move in on Saturday. We were running quite late, but she assured me and my crew that all would be ready when we arrived. Annie went out of her way to clearly explain the facility procedures, demonstrated operation of the keypad entry and lock, and got me through the paperwork with thorough explanations of rental details, while in record time. Her upbeat and friendly demeanor made the arduous experience pleasant. The facility itself is clean and bright, the loading dock is large and easily accessible from both street and storage units, and large, easily maneuverable carts are ready for use immediately adjacent to the dock area. If I could give Annie and Life Storage La Grange Park 10 starts, I would do so in a heartbeat!”

There was no better time than now to take advantage of her kindness, so it was imperative That I make it down there as fast as I could pay this Outstanding bill. “I have been a customer at the Lyons location since July 2006. I have seen many employees come and go over the years. The District Manager Gil Beres is a wonderful person. He has been with the company at least 15 years or longer. Many times I have needed to reach out to Gil for help and he has been excellent. He is very hard working, polite, professional, and down to earth. Gil works a ton of hours for this company and in my perspective deserves a big raise for all of his efforts. I truly appreciate that he has been very helpful in assisting me over the years. Mike is also an employee you may run into at the Lyons location from time to time. He has been with the company at least 7 years, handles 4-5 locations, and was very helpful updating my account and answering all of my questions back in December 2024.”
