“We needed a place to put our things after an out of state move. Our first two visits were okay. The third visit was absolutely AMAZING thanks to Vanessa. We realized we didn’t have enough space to store our things and had to get a second unit. Vanessa was SO KIND! I’m talking about super memorable customer service that was over the top great. She helped us navigate a stressful situation with understanding, patience, and a double dose of customer care. I wasn’t even going to write an extended review…. But she was so helpful on this visit. She was far and away the best person to assist us and truly understands customer service. 10/10 experience. Y’all give Vanessa a raise!!”

“The facilities are in good shape and there are plenty if carts to move your belongings to your unit.
Only reason that I took a star away was that I didn't know that the lock I got from the facility was in the unit so I went out a bought another lock. I may have missed this info if I was told however.”
