Angie was amazing; she got it all off, and I know he is feeling so much better. I even asked what comb I should use since mine wasn't getting everything out of my cat's coat.
I wish I had found this place sooner.

10312 N 2nd St #4, Machesney ParkVisited for the first time recently. Staff was very nice (Mackenzie was an absolute star!) and accommodating. They have you call when you arrive and wait in your car, so you're not sitting in a waiting room with a bunch of stressed pets. The wait wasn't very long and the visit was pretty efficient. They were very willing to provide estimates for services, which was such a relief. It really helped with being able to plan for further care. Also, the building was handicap accessible which is always appreciated.

I love what they are trying to do but the food was very mediocre. My Reuben was somehow sweet? The chikn nuggets were flavorless. The fries were not only cold when I got them but somehow quite overcooked and soggy at the same time. The cheezcake was flavorless aside from the drizzle. Idk. I’ve just heard amazing things from vegetarians in my area so I was expecting it to be great but it was very meh. Highly overrated. Obv vegan restaurants are limited so I can imagine we will be going again but it certainly won’t be my first choice. Updated from previous review on 2026-03-28
