Angie was amazing; she got it all off, and I know he is feeling so much better. I even asked what comb I should use since mine wasn't getting everything out of my cat's coat.
I wish I had found this place sooner.

10312 North 2nd Street Suite 4, Machesney ParkVisited for the first time recently. Staff was very nice (Mackenzie was an absolute star!) and accommodating. They have you call when you arrive and wait in your car, so you're not sitting in a waiting room with a bunch of stressed pets. The wait wasn't very long and the visit was pretty efficient. They were very willing to provide estimates for services, which was such a relief. It really helped with being able to plan for further care. Also, the building was handicap accessible which is always appreciated.
