They don’t do anal glands but not a problem. The fact that I was able to book a grooming for my dog within the same week was great. I tried calling other pet chain stores but they were booked 3 weeks in. It was such a headache. This was the only place that said yes! Thank you for your kindness.

I especially love their their Kibble Korner resale shop area. Bought more harnesses, toys, and magnets for my car. I never come out empty-handed but I only spent $7. This will be my go-to spot to use the self serve dog wash after Ebie's Goose Management job.

He usually comes home anxious from grooming appointments, but this time he seemed calm and happy. They gave him a full bath, trim, nail clipping, and even brushed out his thick undercoat thoroughly. The staff clearly knows how to handle dogs gently and patiently. Compared to another grooming place we tried before, the difference was obvious. His coat looked healthier and softer, and he smelled great for days. It’s reassuring knowing we’ve found a groomer we can trust.

Animal Emergency Clinic of Rockford
7145 Spring Creek Road, RockfordThe staff at the Animal Emergency Clinic of Rockford saved my kitten's life. Samson (originally named Fortuna because we at first thought he was a she because he was so malnourished) was dropped off at our doorstep by our mailman. He found him in the street in our neighborhood and heard from a neighbor that we had taken in another cat a couple years ago. Little did we know that Samson was blind and began having severe seizures multiple times a day. The first opinion we got was to put him to sleep but we weren't ready to that. After a particularly scary series of cluster seizures, we took him to the Animal Emergency Clinic. They kept him for two days, got him on a seizure medication suitable for a kitten, and made sure he was well hydrated. Samson has been seizure free since July 26 and his blindness hasn't slowed him down a bit. We can't imagine our family without him now and we owe that to the staff of the Animal Emergency Clinic of Rockford. Thank you!!

We used them when I was just out of hospital to come feed them twice a day and let them out, as I was weak and couldn’t get up much. Now we use them to walk our 2 newer dogs. We have a fenced yard, but they love to be walked and we can’t do it, so we trust these kind folks to come walk them. I’m home all day with my fur babies, but this service would also be great for someone who works all day to have them take your dog for a walk. They’ve helped us tremendously and I highly recommend their services!!

According to our server, management added this to all bills to cover food costs. I mentioned food cost is what the menu price is for. She said it was confusing and even the servers are not clear what the 3.9% service fee placed by management is actually for. They will remove the 3.9% service fee if requested. If you are with friends, each person will need to request a removal of the 3.9% service fee. It's too bad management feels they can slip one by their customers, as the food is good and the restaurant brings value to the downtown atmosphere.

I got her from here a few months ago, and she is doing very well! I really do love her and I’m very happy that I got her.
I did want to mention one concern, though. When I adopted Mochi, I was told that she was around 7 months old. However, when I took her to the vet, they estimated that she was at least 3 years old based on some irritation in her mouth.
I’m not sure if this was simply an error or a misunderstanding, and I’m not trying to criticize anyone. I just wanted to bring it up so that the ages of the animals can hopefully be checked more carefully in the future. I had a great experience overall, and I absolutely love Mochi!
