I went in for a new phone and Whitney was fantastic! She had great customer service and helped with all of my questions.

The staff at this location is quite nice. My complaint is with Verizon. I was charged $30 for customer service. Helping me to transfer things from my old Verizon phone to my new Verizon phone. That used to be a courtesy to the customer and at the end of this contract, I'm out. Every other carrier does it free.

Monty replaced the failed SIM card in my iPhone 13 Pro and brought it back to life! He knew exactly what to do and was very pleasant to work with. There were 3 employees and I didn’t have to wait long. Kudos!
