“This is the best, friendliest, and most reasonable shop I've ever been to! My truck broke an upper ball joint while I was going down 80 and caused major damage. The tow truck company i called actually lined me up with them. I had to have my truck that evening for work and they said no problem. The truck was dropped off around 10 am, and I picked it back up by 4 pm! Tyler, Mike, and the rest of the crew are amazing! Very friendly and accommodating. “Found them based on recommendation, so gave them a shot. Charles was very friendly and informative. Dropped car off at end of day, they looked at next morning and i got a call regarding initial inspection. By noon and i had a second call with the results of more thorough inspection and the full quote and timeline. Picked up my truck this morning , but will be back in 2 weeks for my quick inspection they want to verify no leaks. Recommend them highly.”

From my initial confessional with Beth informing her of my run-in with a parked car in my own driveway (I swear that guy came outta nowhere haha) to the pain free estimate process. To the way they accommodated me by driving me home. To the way that they only did what was absolutely necessary and least invasive to get my baby back to showroom shine. Hell, it looked better when I picked it up then when I dropped it off.
I am 100% satisfied with their work. Although I hope I never need their services again, there will be no question in my mind that we will bring our cars to Probst. Anyone can fix a car. But it takes a professional to fix it right!”

“Starter on my truck was dying on December 23rd. Finally got it to turn over about 5pm. I called everywhere to try to get the truck in while it was still running. Talked to Chino who told me they were closing up but he would stick around to i for there to receive the vehicle. The shop had it diagnosed and fixed before noon on Christmas Eve. Impeccable service.”

“It's hard to find a good body shop that you can trust. After a bus turned left into my truck, I needed work on the entire passenger side. Everyone I dealt with at both locations (Lombard and New Lennox) were very professional and knowledgeable. They found my specialized running board, tire and wheel. The vehicle looks brand new and drives great. I have only had it back a few days but so far so good! They also worked closely with my insurance, Allstate, so there was no need to argue with insurance and a minimum of paperwork. I did get a bid at another body shop and Crash Champions was competitive (actually lower when they used the negotiated insurance rates) so I would also recommend them for out-of-pocket work. I was dreading finding a reputable body shop but came out of this experience very pleased!”
“Let me just start off by saying this is the first time I’ve ever been to a junk yard. So I didn’t know what to expect. Right away we’re greeted by Jose. Let me tell you sweetest guy ever. We came straight here after school and we got there didn’t know anything about junk yards. I’m telling you the way they have everything organized and they tell you where everything is as well. If you need anything dealing with scraps,tires and spare or even more come here. Staff is friendly and so useful. And the prices are so affordable. If I ever need anything else I would come here. And I’m going to recommend this place to all my friends and family. Thank you Jose for making us feel welcomed. “I purchase what turned out to be a defective Z06 style wing from Auto Addicts for my 2022 Corvette. George and crew were able to fix the problem with the attachment posts to make them better than new. He also plugged the holes remaining from the old wing. The plugs looked stock. They also painted the wing and 5VM rockers to match the car. They look awesome! It looked like a detailed car when I picked it up. Was very impressed by this and all their work.”

“Stopped at Pep boys to get a turn signal bulb replaced. They told me it would be several hours. Went to Auto Zone a couple of doors down, purchased the bulb and asked if they could help me change it. The young women at the register Said "sure!" She came out and had the bulb replaced in less than 5 minutes. I will continue to patronize auto zone. Pep Boys, not so much”

“They did the leaf spring upgrade to my 2000 Ford Excursion. Miguel the front end (I'm assuming) shop manager and owner John are great people and easy to work with. Through the job their communication was great. They found things wrong with other parts and didn't try and rip me off. Changed a few things just for parts cost. Even went as far to search online for certain hardware I needed for the front bumper which saved me a good chunk of money. I told them I needed it by a certain date and they made sure I had it. I'm the type of guy that doesn't like to take my vehicles in and don't trust a lot of mechanics and I don't take the time to write reviews unless someone goes above and beyond. Which Joliet suspension did. I highly recommend sending your vehicles here. I know I will. They are definitely a family business and way more then a suspension shop. Thank You Guys”
“I was recommended here from my mechanic who told me I needed body work/welder because my driver side door wasn’t closing all the way. Brett from the office and Jeff from the shop took a look, and realized that two bolts just needed to be tightened- no body work/welding needed.
They did provide me with an estimate for if the door starts having issues again, which I will gladly return to them to get fix.
I highly recommend this team- honest, kind, easy to talk to & knowledgable.”
