“It's hard to find a good body shop that you can trust. After a bus turned left into my truck, I needed work on the entire passenger side. Everyone I dealt with at both locations (Lombard and New Lennox) were very professional and knowledgeable. They found my specialized running board, tire and wheel. The vehicle looks brand new and drives great. I have only had it back a few days but so far so good! They also worked closely with my insurance, Allstate, so there was no need to argue with insurance and a minimum of paperwork. I did get a bid at another body shop and Crash Champions was competitive (actually lower when they used the negotiated insurance rates) so I would also recommend them for out-of-pocket work. I was dreading finding a reputable body shop but came out of this experience very pleased!”
“I have a 2021 Silverado that had a bunch of hail damage front to back from a May storm. Probst had my truck for a week and did PDR, replaced hood and rear bumper as well as color matched the rear. “Was recommended by my dealership to go to and have them look at my catalytic converter for an affordable price. Nice and friendly person the mechanic guy after inspecting my vehicle and showed me the undercarriage and under the hood where the part that is needed to be replaced if my check engine light comes back on again and quoted for a reasonable price. Just gonna have to keep my eyes on my dashboard and see if the check engine light wil pop back up and I will definitely come back and have my catalytic converter replaced.”

The great people here were able to my car back up in running in a hour or less, even so close to closing time they were very nice and happy to help. “Stopped at Pep boys to get a turn signal bulb replaced. They told me it would be several hours. Went to Auto Zone a couple of doors down, purchased the bulb and asked if they could help me change it. The young women at the register Said "sure!" She came out and had the bulb replaced in less than 5 minutes. I will continue to patronize auto zone. Pep Boys, not so much”

We hit a deer, our car was less than a year old and Dominic and his staff couldnt have done a better job on the repairs. You cant tell it was repaired and looks a good as the day we bought it. The staff was great to deal with and even set up our rental car for us in advance. *Kudos to Dominic and his staff. We will recommend this shop to anyone who asks.
