“Stuff on your car needs to be fixed sometimes, if you own a vehicle there’s no way around it and as a girl who knows nothing about cars or how to fix things it can be a little intimidating walking into an autozone. I found which isle I needed to be in just fine and the books they have hanging around were there but all I saw was a series of numbers. Thankfully Aiden L. Came to my rescue and helped me find the best of best that would fit my car and even went above and beyond to make sure I got everything fixed and secure before I left the parking lot. Because of Aiden’s help I no longer have to worry about walking into an autozone. This experience was one small step for me and a giant leap for girls who know nothing about cars.”

“My driver side door was not opening and closing properly. I had an accident two years prior and the repair was done by another shop. Now something was wrong with the door. I stopped in to DeKalb Sycamore Collision Center to get an estimate on repairs. I was met by Rick who instantly saw that the door was not opening and closing right. He saw that the screws holding the locking mechanism were missing and that the whole door was loose. I was expecting to have to make an appointment and come back to have it fixed. However Rick took my vehicle right in and made the repairs on the spot. In addition he checked the driver side rear door which also had missing screws and needed adjusting. He then checked all the door to ensure they were working properly. All this and no charge. Most anyplace else would have at least charged something. Rick and the staff are friendly, kind and just very nice people. I am very appreciative of his generosity and attention to detail. If and when I need any other repairs to my vehicles I will be coming to DeKalb Sycamore Collision Center. Outstanding people. Thank you Rick.”

“I've always had good experiences with the NAPA Auto parts in the area. This one is no exception. I was looking for a cheap pair of brake pads to hold me over. They had by far the lowest price @ this location, even comparing them to O'Reilly and AutoZone and any of the other big national chains.I went to pick it up. Arrived before I was supposed to. I went back out to my car and the kid pulled me back in before I drove away to let me know the part just showed up.And to my absolute surprise, it even included some hardware that I thought I was going to be reusing.
