“I love the service, speed and efficiency here. I came in at about 730pm, wanting some slices of their delicious(to me) pizza, but they were out and I dont eat meat. Two tall men were working, one in the food area(looked young) and a bit older gent at the cashier station. I politely asked if its possible to get cheese slices and they said yes! to my delight!! Pizza was promptly made and I bought a few things while waiting and was also rung up for my 3 slices. Its always a great experience at Caseys, but I really enjoyed this one. Im an introvert and I felt comfy being here. I felt welcomed too!Both employees were constantly working and I could see that they cared about being good people.I sincerely appreciate y'all making this easy for me. Thanks a ton!”
“So last Thursday my boyfriend and I did the bogo steak dinner. The steaks where very think. The used to be a few years ago. We where not asked how we wanted our steak cooked. We ate in the dining room very hard to cut a steak with butter knife. My boyfriend steak was very rare.”

“Their gas is freaking incredible. The customer experience is second to none from any gas station I’ve ever been to. I didn’t interact with the staff, but I’m sure they are exceptionally talented individuals. I didn’t get a chance to drop a deuce while I was there, but I’m sure the facilities or is top notch as the gas pump I grasped.”

“Yes in sycamore this is the place to go get your groceries they have a huge selection that compares to the Whole Foods store but a cheaper prices.I love the fact that you can also get your receipts on your email They have a coffee shop and a huge restaurant to sit and eat there too.On Wednesday they have a pay one get one free sushi and is very good they have sandwiches and pizza and a huge selection already made Chinese food Did I tell you it has its own pharmacy and a huge liquor store Yes I forgot to mention they have their own gas station and you can use your rewards card from the point you earn from the grocery store”

“This gas station will be my go-to station for one main reason: their employee named Mehdi. I stopped to get gas and tried paying at the pump but had technical difficulty so I ran inside and told the attendant I had no idea what buttons to push for enter after inserting my card. I told him I'd just pre-pay as he started coming out from behind the counter to help me. He was so friendly, funny and helpful, and I quickly noticed he was this way with everyone who came inside! It seemed as if he knew all the customers who came in; however, I had just met him and if I didn't know better, I would've thought he knew me already, too. It didn't matter who walked through that door, he greeted each and every man and woman of all race, nationalities and backgrounds with a smile, hello and a short, friendly conversation. I bought a few things before walking out the door, told him it was nice meeting him, and he politely reminded me not to forget I paid for gas. I was glad he did because I was slightly distracted watching him interact with his customers. While I pumped my gas, I yelled out to the guy at the pump next to mine how nice the employee is. As he walked toward the door, he looked to see who was working, and he said, "that's my dude! He's really cool! He's been working here for awhile." I told him I'm going to do a review on him alone, and the man said, "Please do, he deserves it!" I couldn't agree more. I went back inside to ask his name and for the number of the store, as I plan to call his boss to say what a pleasure it was to buy gas at his station thanks to Mehdi. I'll be returning simply due to Mehdi's excellent customer service. Not only that, their gas is cheaper than other stations the road. It's a win-win.”

The new owners have breathed fresh life into the station, turning it into a well-managed and customer-focused establishment.It's disheartening to see some negative reviews from individuals who may not be aware of the hard work and dedication the new owner is putting into this business. From my experience, the service was prompt, the staff was friendly, and the overall atmosphere was noticeably improved.I believe it's important to acknowledge positive transformations, and in the case of Marathon the new owners deserve credit for their commitment to providing a better experience for customers. “Yesterday my vehicle told me that my tire pressure was low. I immediately started to panic because I was on my way to Wisconsin. I saw that circle k had a tire pump but I had never used one before. I went inside to ask if one of the clerks could help and he willingly help me. He went out of his way to make sure that each of my tires was pumped up. I wish I could remember his name. It was great customer service for something that he did not have to do. Thank you”

“I went to Casey's to fill up my tires with air, the air pump didn't seem to take quarters and all I had was card. The Assistant Manager by the name of Roman was so kind and payed for my air! He even put the air in my tires for me. He was so helpful and polite. I'm almost 90 years old and it's hard for me to bend down to put air in my tires but this young man saved the day going above and beyond for to help me. He deserves some sort of recognition so I'm leaving this review just for him. Thanks Roman!”
