“During my recent stay at the Motel 6 in Bridgeview, I had the pleasure of being assisted by Xavier, whose exceptional service made a significant difference in my experience.
The motel itself is conveniently located, making it easy to access local attractions and dining options. The check-in process was smooth and efficient, thanks in large part to Xavier's friendly demeanor and helpful attitude. He provided me with all the necessary information about the amenities and nearby points of interest, ensuring I felt welcomed and informed.
The room was clean and adequately furnished, offering the essentials for a comfortable stay. The bed was surprisingly comfortable, allowing for a restful night's sleep. The motel also features free Wi-Fi, which was a bonus for staying connected during my visit.
One of the standout features was the outdoor area, which provided a pleasant space to relax. The motel’s commitment to cleanliness was evident throughout the property, including the common areas.
Overall, my stay at Motel 6 in Bridgeview was enjoyable, and I would highly recommend it, particularly due to Xavier's outstanding customer service. His attentiveness and willingness to assist made my visit memorable, and I look forward to returning in the future.”

“We stay the weekend at this hotel it was absolutely worth it. The room was beautiful when we walked in we got champagne and glasses in the pool was so nice it was warm the jacuzzi was so nice and warm the beds were comfortable in the staff there were absolutely fantastic. Alex is the one who checked us in and I ran out of coffee and I asked for more coffee and Alex it's so nice he got coffee for me and sent straight to my room. The only thing we were worried about was location it was outside the ghetto it is not in Frankfort it's outside of Frankfort. Even then it was not bad it was like 5 minutes away from Frankfort and Frankford the location is just wonderful they have so many restaurants and so many activities.”

“Arrival, barricaded entrance. Not enough parking.Front desk needs training. First set of keys did not work, went back to the desk, she reprogrammed them, went back to room only to find she gave us the wrong room to begin with. 212 the single queen room next to the elevator. Went back down argued with front desk, pulled out my confirmation with the deluxe 2 queen room and was able to get keys that worked. We were late for dinner with my family because of the mishandling of our entire check in process. Room was nice. Breakfast was substandard at best, we liked it better when it was in the restaurant. Check out, she could/would not print out a receipt for us.”
“Stayed at the Holiday Inn Tinley Park for a business meeting I had in the area. I usually choose the Express brand as I like the free breakfast but the rate seemed good. I had a great stay. The place seemed new. Everything was super clean. The bar was nice to have in the lobby and the food was excellent. I met the GM when I was checking in, Kim, and she was very helpful and friendly. I would stay here a again.”

“Brenda did an amazing job with the breakfast here at the hotel. Everything was promptly prepared on time, the dining area was clean, all the food was cooked well not burnt and very tasty. She cheerfully engaged with the patrons passing through the lobby area and the morning breakfast nook with a smile.”
“Great stay, a lot of perks. Only issue was low water pressure and spotty Internet. Might be because we're on the 2nd floor, but we pay the same price as the 1st. Worth coming back to though.”
“Room was neat and clean, bathroom just didn't have extra toliet paper. The Staff was pleasant so no complaints. I would say the breakfast was nice. Waffles were self made and delicious. No meat, but filling just the same. Getting into the street where the entrance was was a bit tricky. That was my biggest problem. I would stay there again.”

“Stayed for work. The location is very safe. They do have an elevator to the second floor. There are in the process of remodeling during my stay. The hallway isnt done yet but my room is brand new. There are plenty of lamps so the room is very well illuminated. There is a good amount of fast food eating very close by. The price was very good. The staff at the front desk is very friendly. Im always gone before the breakfast. I still have a couple weeks left to stay.”

“When I first walked into the office it was very clean smell good good customer service I mean great customer service also when you walk into the room the floors was clean carpet clean no burnt marks no water take all day to get hot tub is clean tissue clean towels with no hair in it that I found Good TV channels and the bed feels comfortable enough for me to stay sleep all night it was wonderful thank you Red roof inn and very reasonable very reasonable”
“You get what you pay for; I guess. Staff was friendly put the atmosphere otherwise was creepy. Got to witness a fist fight on my last night there. We'll not so much a fist fight but somebody getting stole on... can't knock the place for the behavior of the guests. Yes other reviews are correct about the cleanliness and condition of the rooms but I had no problem with staff... Be on your P's and Q's when staying here or any place like it”

“receptionists, please for the safety and peace of mind towards your guests [especially guests who are women] DO NOT say their room number out loud. i might not be a target, but i've heard stories of OTHERS whose safety has been at risk and compromised [not here, but from social media stories that people actually experienced]
anyway, check in was fine. i was the only guest in the lobby i don't know if she was used to doing that since i'm sure she's been on that job for a while .. she said my room number aloud. which ticked me off.
[i left a similar note on another review] safety in this *world* is important
[no foul play when i say this, i went to a mainstay hotel days later and the receptionist said my room # aloud with a stranger in the midst!]

Rooms: New rooms beautiful. Housekeeping at this hotel has always been excellent.
Food and drinks: Restaurant located on property. Breakfast is usual fare. Lunch and dinner meals are more of a sports bar / entertainment venue type. Happy hour from 4-7 weekdays. Most days have a special theme and type of entertainment. Restaurant is very popular with the locals on the weekends.”

All of the furnishings are a couple years out of date, but they are well maintained, giving it a pleasant feel.The floor was oddly a little dirty. I usually walk barefoot in my hotel stays, and within an hour, there was dirt all over the soles of my feet. You wouldn't think it, though, at first glance. Room could probably use a deep clean.Staff is courteous and complimentary breakfast was of good quality. Overall expect a comfortable stay for a little more than 100/night.Rooms: Excellent size. Solid furnishings. Ample toiletries. Shower has solid water pressure and heat.Floor definitely needed deep steam clean.Safety: Hotel is safe and parking plentiful. No issues with a multi day stay.Walkability: About 10 to 15 minute walk to a small number of restaurants and gas stations/convenience stores.Food & drinks: Complementary breakfast 6 to 930. Good variety. Excellent old bar across Torrence (JJ Kelley's). Ease of access to other restaurants in short driving distance.”

“I was traveling into Chicago for business and I was looking for a good economy hotel room. Found this property but I was a little afraid of getting a room at this hotel since the reviews were bad so I wasn’t sure but the price was a good value for money. So, I went ahead and booked a room. The staff at the check in was very helpful, I was told by the front desk staff that the hotel was under new management. After getting in my room, I was pleasantly surprised with the cleanliness of the room. Even though the room needed some upgrades, sheets, towels and the bathroom was very clean and specially the internet was great.The location was Excellent just off 294 andI-80. I had to be in downtown Chicago and was only 30 minutes away. I will recommend this hotel.”
