“The team at Schaefer Autobody Centers made the entire process for repairing cosmetic damage to our vehicle seamless. When we came in to drop our BMW off they walked us through the repair process, explaining what needed to be done, and gave the anticipated window for how long it would take. Initially, it was projected to take around 2-3 weeks, however they ended up completing work a whole 2 weeks ahead of schedule despite it being the holiday season. In the future, Schaefer Autobody will be at the top of our list for all of our auto repair needs!”

“Bought my second car from Jack Schmitt. This one was a little less exciting than the C8 Stingray I bought 4 years ago, a 2026 Equinox. Went back to Tim Schuhardt who sold me that 'vette. I went back to him for a reason - a good sales rep who understands that we were establishing a relationship when he sold me the last car and it paid off! I would definitely go back to Jack Schmitt especially if I can get Tim to sell me my next car. I strongly recommend you ask for Tim if you go there to buy your car!”

I will schedule future appointments to cater to the other issues they found during inspection. I appreciate the courtesy and kindness from Brandien and the transportation crew and they also have the new and very impressive Honda Prologue in many colors - I loved the vehicle!”

“A&B Auto Body is simply the best body shop I have ever dealt with. Honest and very straight forward with the customer and always looking for ways to save the customer money. I just had a tail gate repaired that lost its spring opening device. Called in Wednesday dropped it off on Thursday 8am and it was done by 9am and ended up costing me 1/2 of what I expected due to not needing to replace the entire mechanism. They could have replaced everything taking more labor and more parts but they were respectful and did not elect to do things that were not necessary.”
“Pinto’s Is a great shop. Very nice, easy to deal with. I changed the bags on my Harley and wanted the stock pin stripes back. They did the work quickly had my bike back to me the same day and was very reasonable. I would recommend them for any work needed. Thank you, boys, it looks beautiful.”

“12/18/25 8:00am. The man came within 30 minutes. Chris literrally helped push our trailer to a curb so it couldnt be broke into. We broke down with a trailer load of bikes for kids for Christmas. He understood the importance of this load. We were at a dealership within the hour to get the truck fixed! They weren't price gouging either. From the call to the pickup hese guys were awesome!”

“When you wreck your car, it seems like the world is stacked against you. And then you go to Southside's Allstar, and things just get better. These folks were amazing, from the front desk to the estimator to the folks that fixed my car. They were all super friendly, got me in quick and got me out quick. Now all that is well and good, but what matters is what kind of work did they do. And they nailed it. They matched the color so good, you can't even tell there was any damage. They've been around for many years, in the same location, so that should tell you something. I was so impressed with the entire process. And, again, my car looks like nothing ever happened. Thanks for the quality work!!!!”

“I’ve been coming to orchard auto/VP for years now…if I’m never in need of quick gas (aka too lazy to pump or in a rush) I’ve always stopped by and they’ve greeted me with nothing but smiles. Have always loved that they were the only ones in town who do still do full service. Today I went to a pretty “well known” place in town( next to subway on Beltline…lol ) to get a price check on my brakes. 1100$!! I decided to check with Steve and his workers and it was WAY cheaper…. Like WAY. I was legit about to get ripped off and Steve saved me hundreds of dollars and I’m SO grateful. Not only did they help with a ride home but they also got it done very quickly. Customer service is truly on par here… and after today I will never go elsewhere for my car. So thank you so much kail and Steve for putting in the work and not charging me an arm and a leg.

But for real check your prices when going places to get things fixed esp being a female by yourself.

“Excellent auto body shop!! Dave and his team at Pro Care turned my bad luck streak of parking lot incidents into a positive experience - no lie! I took my Jeep Cherokee in both times after two random (yet honest) people swiped me just months apart. The guys not only fixed me up quickly and flawlessly, but Dave made it easy for the other parties to pay for the work and he got me in and out without a hitch. I really don’t want to see them again anytime soon, but I’m so glad that I have a dependable shop to turn to if my bad luck returns.”
