“The team at Schaefer Autobody Centers made the entire process for repairing cosmetic damage to our vehicle seamless. When we came in to drop our BMW off they walked us through the repair process, explaining what needed to be done, and gave the anticipated window for how long it would take. Initially, it was projected to take around 2-3 weeks, however they ended up completing work a whole 2 weeks ahead of schedule despite it being the holiday season. In the future, Schaefer Autobody will be at the top of our list for all of our auto repair needs!”

“We had a few windows with IGU (insulated glass unit) failures that needed to be replaced—basically the inside of the windows were moldy or fogging up, indicating the seal was no longer good. Edwardsville Glass handled the job well, repairing three windows in just over an hour at a reasonable cost. I had to call the office to follow up a couple times to make sure everything was delivered to them for the repair (don’t be afraid to be proactive and call if you need to), but the service was excellent and Steve did great work. Super happy to have windows we can see through again!!”
