“The staff in this location is world class. They are patient, attentive, and personable. Making adjustments that match my needs, creating a great flow in a very small parking lot, and really driving a great experience for me each time. I was very impressed with the new strategy to prep and expedite nice vehicles for corporate travelers. On this trip my day started out challenging, leaving my house about 30 minutes behind schedule. With this new strategy, and quick help from the staff, I was able to recover that time and make my customer meeting ahead of schedule in KC. Really appreciate this Team!”

They were a little busy on Sunday when we dropped the vehicles back off, but they were quick and it went smooth. The vehicle we rented was clean and was a nice, comfortable ride. “My schedule cleared and I came early to get my car. The person waiting on me was very helpful and put me in another car because mine wasn't there yet. Then when he found out I was driving far he said to sit tight and he would pull it in and make sure all the fluids were topped off.
