“I was in need of some fried buffalo fish- I took the ride to Washington Illinois and haven’t been disappointed yet! The family all have different tastes and everyone was satisfied. I had Buffalo fish, Mac/cheese and sweet potatoes, and green beans; hubby had ham hocks (they were huge and meat falling off the bone tender) sweet potatoes and greens (heard they are glory greens/ that’s a no for me); daughter had whiting, Mac/cheese and sweet potatoes!
Dietary restrictions: well, if you aren’t supposed eat fried foods, this isn’t the place for you.
Parking: The lot isn’t very large and uneven, but turn around is quick, you get in and out in about 10 mins.”

“The only place I can buy chicken. I am allergic to soy and at least their thighs and drumsticks don't seem to have traces of soy. I haven't had the same results with the breasts and wings, which is weird because I would imagine it's all coming from same chickens. Anyway I'm stay clear of the wings and breasts and I'm fine with the thighs and drumsticks. Produce is great also!”

“While smaller than a lot of other ALDI locations, they still carry all the basics and their prices can't be beat. Their produce is always fresh when I do my shopping. I do 99% of my grocery shopping at ALDI and save thousands a year in the process.”

“The fruit and produce is the best around. It's so refreshing to taste fruit that's sweet like candy. I love the fact that you can get exotic types of fruit not carried in most grocery stores.One of my faves is the donut peach. It's small, very juicy and sweet. Another fruit they carry is the Pink Pineapple. I haven't tried it yet but know someone who has. They said it's sweet like cotton candy. The first time I tried orange melon was from here.Whenever I'm in town I look forward to visiting this produce store to see what's in stock. WARNING: Hot items sell out fast so get it while you can.”

“I go to schnucks in O'Fallon pretty much every other day due to my housing situation staying at the super 8 hotel. I'm limited to my refrigerator space and freezer space so that's how often I have to go is every other day. Everybody is always so pleasant and smiling and just very pleasant which is nice cuz it makes it far comfortable place to be and to shop. Everybody is very friendly. They're remodeling is coming along beautifully. Keep up the good work. Thank you”

I would LOVE a plant enzyme real cheese option. They carry the brand but no cheeses that are vegetarian (no killing) unless it is milk less .... I am not a fan of milkless cheeses ..”

“The gentleman that works nights, I don't know his name, is great!!! He's there every time my 9 year old twin boys and I go in there. He's always so nice, helpful to all 6 million questions the boys ask him, and most of all he's soooooo patient. I'm trying to teach the boys how to count their money and pay for things. Tonight the boys took their Easter Bunny money, which was mainly all change. He let each one of the boys stand there and count all their money to pay. He didn't rush them, he didn't complain about the time it took, or how much change it was, he did it all with a smile. I of course thanked him for that, and in return, he thanked me for teaching the boys how to count the money and pay for stuff. He said most of the kids that come in there all the time don't know how to do that. So, my 5 star rate is not only for the establishment, it's for that 1 Amazingly Awesome Worker!!!”

“This review is specifically for Miranda and Barb! My husband and I went shopping after he got off at work tonight at 7pm. Upon checking out we were having such a difficult time. Miranda was checking us out originally and patiently helped us when splitting our transactions. She was so sweet and patient as we had a lot of items. I accidentally used the wrong card and Barb stepped in and helped us. Literally made such a stressful situation so much easier. Fantastic customer service on their part. If I could give them 10 stars I would! Thank you both!”
