“Went there to rent a U-Haul trailer. Employees were very personable and helpful during both the checkout and return. Every employee I encountered was friendly and pleasant.”
“My daughter needed some cherry plywood for a printmaking project at SIU-E. I called Kunz late on a Saturday morning (around 11:40 am) and Doris told me that they had some in stock. The store was set to close at noon and I was 20 minutes away. Adding to my dilema, I had no way to fit a full 4x8' sheet in my Jeep Cherokee. Doris told me to take my time and that she'd stay on until I arrived. Additionally, she asked one of the guys to return to the store in order to cut the sheet down for me into four 2x4' sheets. I got there right at noon and the material was already cut and waiting for me. No extra charge for keeping them over, the call back, or the cuts. I don't know of anyplace else that would have done this for an infrequent customer on a very small order. Kunz is about an hour and a half from my home, but is now my "go-to" for hardwoods. Thank you both for going way above and beyond in customer service and kindness! You deserve WAY more than five stars!!”
“The best in the business hands down. Super kind sincere crew. John’s store is the place where you can simply put in your order and not have to question how you’re being treated, because it’s with the utmost integrity and honesty. Thank you to John and his crew for unmatchable service and product!!”
“I recently purchased a Weber griddle online for in-store pickup. I wasn't completely sure about the measurements and assumed it would come in a box since I planned to pick it up rather than have it shipped because I needed it the next day.
When I arrived, the staff was incredibly friendly, and to my surprise, the griddle was already assembled, which was a huge plus! I quickly realized it might not fit in the back of my SUV. The employees took the time to measure it for me, and unfortunately, it was just a little too big.
I went home to grab my spouse's vehicle and returned just before closing. Even at the end of the day, the staff went above and beyond. They re-measured everything, including the back of the vehicle, helped us carefully load the griddle, and made sure it was positioned to avoid any scratches on our brand-new car. The owner even loaned us a moving blanket to help protect it during transport.
This Ace Hardware truly stands out. The team is friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. Even though we don't live in Lebanon, I will absolutely go out of my way to shop at this location again.”
“Lucky to have a place like this in a small town! The employees here are always willing to help no matter what task they have at hand. Especially Hanna with an H! Thank you for the help with my bird feeding journey Hanna! You are the best!”
“Great store I’ve never not found what I was looking for plus some. I always check out their clearance because you never know what you’ll find. If I had to find something wrong here their cashiers are super friendly but it sounds likes like they are reading from a script”
“Tony was such an amazing help today! He went out of his way to assist me and was incredibly personable- couldn't do the project without him.
That man needs a raise❤️”
