Harlem location and he said yes but truly he was only the call centerI told him exactly what I needed and he gave me an extra large one the manager of 22 years here at the 9800 S. Harlem location fixed my problem and instantly provided us with the correct size.”
“Jacob assisted me with setting up my storage unit. He was professional, funny and very helpful! Jacob even went so far as to waive one of the fees and made sure the unit was tidy and met my expectations. Made my experience 10/10!”
