My husband spoke to him over the phone about upgrading our iPhones, and Chad took time to find us the best prices, explained details in simple terms, kept us updated on new phone shipments and just had the most pleasant personality, infinite knowledge of phones and plans, and so much patience with us.
We went today to get both of us a new IPhone 17 and Chad did not miss a beat. He ensured our plan was the best and most cost effective. He didn’t try to sell us stuff we didn’t need. We bought all of the accessories he recommended. He was training a new employee and waiting on several customers the same time and everyone was amazed at his knowledge, his efficiency, his humor, his smile, and he showed no signs of stress or impatience.
