“I had the best experience today at the store thanks to Tryston Rhodes. He went above and beyond with assisting my cousin with her transfer issues, and took time listening to her and giving advice about their shared passion. He didn't rush, was understanding and ensured she understood the process. I can't thank him enough for such a wonderful experience. ”

“Once I got with a service rep things were great. Randy was very knowledgeable and helpful and my issue was solved very quickly. There were probably 7 or so people ahead of me - they take your name and basic issue when you walk in the door so you don't have to physically stand in a line- you can go sit and wait wherever you want. I had about a half hour wait.”
