“It has taken nine months to get billing corrected for upgrading two iPhones. It has been very frustrating working with Customer Service trying to get it corrected, waiting a month for the next bill and finding out that it is still incorrect.
The one very big positive during the nine months is the support received from the local store representatives. They have worked with me in explaining to Customer Service each and every month. Without their support I would have left T-Mobile after just a few months.

“Needed better internet as I got a work from home job and I wanted better internet for gaming. We're only able to get rural internet for our area and decided to go with Noize. Definitely an awesome company! The service has been great with no issues. They were able to educate me on different things and set me up with what suited me best.
