Their professionalism is top notch. From the initial call to establish service through the installation process the representatives have been outstanding. I love that they are local. “My second fiber company I've ever had, and I could not ask for more. The hubs they provided to give wifi to my apartment work wonderfully, I've never had to worry about downtime, and the speeds are very good with relatively fast support services. I have their full package and while I don't use their TV services as much, the little Android box they give for the TV has been wonderful for catching anything from most of my streaming services.”

“Casey at the Washington store is extremely streamly capable and very well adversed with working with the more senior types citizens such as myself.. Cell phones can be quite a challenge to challenge to us more mature people and she's very patient and caring and wants to make sure that she covers everything with you.. I don't know what you pay her but it's not enough thank you”
“It has taken nine months to get billing corrected for upgrading two iPhones. It has been very frustrating working with Customer Service trying to get it corrected, waiting a month for the next bill and finding out that it is still incorrect.
The one very big positive during the nine months is the support received from the local store representatives. They have worked with me in explaining to Customer Service each and every month. Without their support I would have left T-Mobile after just a few months.
I wish to thank JaMarcus and Hernan for all their efforts and recommend them T-Mobile Employee of the Year!

“Needed better internet as I got a work from home job and I wanted better internet for gaming. We're only able to get rural internet for our area and decided to go with Noize. Definitely an awesome company! The service has been great with no issues. They were able to educate me on different things and set me up with what suited me best. “We had Dish network for years and was nothing but trouble. We switched to Telstar and love it! No more blackouts when it rains, dealing with some foreigner that could care less if they solved your problem, and no more cable boxes. “I have been with T-Mobile a couple of years now. I have stopped in the East Peoria store with a problem maybe 3 times. Each time I have been treated awesome. Today I stopped because I had a problem with my phone that I couldn’t figure out. Jordan greeted me instantly. He fixed my phone problem. But I was so impressed by the way all of the employees treated the customers. The way I have been treated by T-Mobile the last 2 years I wouldn’t even consider going anywhere else. Thanks Jordan….”

“My wife went to another store about a phone problem 2 days in a row for an hour and a half each time. Younger people not too concerned about doing their job. No results. So I took the phone to T mobile on Sterling because of their 5 star rating and OMG I was stunned. The manager had it fixed in 30 seconds! Pleasant people, very polite. If you ever need phone help this is the place to go. I very highly recommend this store!”
“The only reason they do not get 5 stars is because of the actual service I am getting or not getting at home and on my phone. However, this store is absolutely wonderful at helping you with your questions or issues. James ( guy with glasses and one of the managers) has been especially helpful with me the times I have been in there. Idk if I would suggest Xfinity for mobile services but I do suggest this store!!”
