“I recently visited AutoZone in Fairview Heights and was treated with the utmost professionalism and kindness. I went in to purchase a fuse for my USB charger, and Kaden and Jacob went above and beyond to assist me.
Before letting me purchase a fuse based solely on the information I provided, they took the time to walk out to my car and examine the issue firsthand. They identified the exact fuse I needed, removed the old one, and replaced it on the spot. Before I left, they made sure my phone was charging properly and that I was able to connect to my apps.
