“I was referred here by my sister in law after purchasing running shoes for her daughter, a collegiate athlete. I decided to give it a try since I am starting to take walking/jogging more seriously and would like to continue doing this long term. I have never been an athlete myself so I really didn't know the first thing about purchasing proper shoes. I have to say that Afana guided me every step of the way. I had no real idea of what I wanted but he was able to assess my needs quite accurately. I went home actually excited to get to the track with my new shoes. I walked my first mile and I can say that I have no regrets about the shoes I purchased. Thank you for all your help Afana! My feet felt great after my walk.”
“Loads of items to shop from. If you're interested in stopping by, they're only open to the public until the end of the month (April). Because of the pandemic, their rules have changed. First, you go onto the website. Second, pick a time and date from their list. Third check your email, for a response, to let you know if your choice is available. They have ribbon, material, tablecloths, pillows, pottery, vases, Christmas decor, fall decor, home decor, faux flowers, etc.. The list goes on. They only have this sale twice a year, April and October.”

“Great shop, loaded with good archery stuff. He set up my old crossbow that I use because of age. Set everything up on it, scope, broad heads , arrows. I have shot a lot of deer because of his set ups.”
“The employee was nice and helped us determine a letterman jacket for our daughter. Only concern would be hours of operation, not being open late or weekends made it challenging to find a time to go in especially if your kid is involved in after school sports.”
“Steve at Water Trends on 159th has been a saving grace for us. He was able to get us a replacement part for our pool and a new liner that we were not able to get for the last 16 months. Hats off to Steve! (hopefully the installer keeps his date with us)”
“Rally House at the Orland Square Mall was a fantastic one-stop shop for all of my Chicago souvenirs! The store is huge, and they have a large variety and selection of merchandise for Chicago, all Chicago sports teams, and a ton of Illinois colleges and universities. I gave them 4 stars because it was a little pricey (but I'm okay with that since everything is in one place!) and they had merchandise from every Big Ten school...except for Penn State! Other than that, it's a must-visit store!”
“Had to exchange shoes for a different size that we received as a gift. The people were quick, friendly and knowledgeable and offered to exchange with no problem. Since shoe size was not in stock they ordered them from the warehouse to be delivered to my home at no charge since I already made the trip to the store once. I was in and out in about 5 minutes. Nice!”
“This is a nice place to visit if you are interested in sports memorable items. They also have Chicago material. A nice little shopping heaven with courteous staff. June 3rd, I found Chicago team stickers to add to my bowl collection found at Macy's. The 3d Blackhawks one came from Clark Street Sports. Orland Square Mall did it right tonight.They turned out great. See pictures.”
“I was shopping for a pair of jeans for my mother and I did not know her size exactly, all I knew was that she doesn't like the usual jeans band around the waist because it's tight and Amanda the sales associate was just incredible and so knowledgeable about every single thing about jeans amd clothing and the different type of styles and fabrics. Amanda has amazing customer serve and knowledge and is just the most pleasant young lady I had the pleasure of being helped by. It was very refreshing meeting and interacting with her. I hope that the Hollister company realizes the value that she brings to their company. I also hope that she is appreciated.”

“I was SO excited when I discovered that Lids will customize a hat - even if it’s from another store. And it only takes a few minutes!
Their employees were extremely sweet, helpful and knowledgeable. I was unable to find a hat in their store that fit my son’s head but they were so kind and mentioned that I could find one from another store but still use their services. This made my day! I’ll be using Lids more often now that I know this. Thank you to the employees for being so friendly.”
“Excellent Customer Service by Tray in shoe department. I was struggling to buy my son, soccer cleats. I could not tell the difference. He came up to us & offered his expertise. Gave us different sizes & helped us. My son is very happy with his new soccer cleats. During check out Zack also has great customer service. They did not dismiss us. They treated us nice, kind & did not brush us off. Dick’s should be proud of these young men.”
“Doug did a wonderful job with our pool table. It needed some complicated repairs with specialized parts. He was able to get the parts and complete the repairs. He was on time, completed the work quickly, cleaned up when he was done and the table now looks and plays great!”
“I have always went to the PGA superstore for my golf equipment needs but that changed for me! Golf Galaxy in Orlando is top notch when it comes to customer service and expert service. My brand new Ping G440 Max driver shaft snapped in half on Saturday and I went directly to golf galaxy and Bod there in service got me set back up right away with new shaft and actually bought a new hybrid as well. He helped on price a bit but all in all I will always make Golf Galaxy my goto Golf store and service needs from now on! Thanks Bob!!!!”

“I love this place so much but I'm giving it a four because whenever I go the machine has to get reset at least once. Other than that it's a really clean establishment with a vending machine and a miniature store. Also the workers are very nice.”
