“The process to get a CD there takes way too much time. I understand the first time taking a while to get an account opened but second time it should not take so long. Other places where I already have an account I can walk up to the counter and the person does it right there in5-10 minutes. At Vibrant I have to wait to see someone in there office and it takes 30-45 minutes before I get out of there.”

“I’m not local so this has nothing to do with branches or anything like that. I found Vibrant a few years ago when searching for high yield savings and CDs. I was impressed with their rates but became immediately impressed with their customer service. Every call feels like old school customer service from 30 years ago. Friendly, knowledgeable, helpful. I just wish they allowed higher balances to earn the high yield percentages.”
