“The process to get a CD there takes way too much time. I understand the first time taking a while to get an account opened but second time it should not take so long. Other places where I already have an account I can walk up to the counter and the person does it right there in5-10 minutes. At Vibrant I have to wait to see someone in there office and it takes 30-45 minutes before I get out of there.”
