“I couldn't have asked for better service. I knew the trip was coming up, and that I would need a car. Not flashy. Something that would blend in. They found me a gray Toyota. Perfect. But even before I put the key in the ignition, we'd worked out the pricing, and we ticked off all the boxes about insurance and drop-off times (they'd be closed and long gone before I got back. So when I showed up to collect the car, it was a couple of signatures, confirmation of payment, and off I went.

“My use of Enterprise was due to an insurance claim. The location was conveniently located next to the body shop doing the repair work. The pick up/drop off were both quick. I had a choice of two vehicles, the one I chose was clean and ready to go. The gentleman who handled both the pick up/drop was polite and efficient. He even found some items I had left in the trunk.”

“?EDIT. So I've since talked to the on-site staff, and he was very helpful. However... the general customer service call center (the ones that your phone calls go to when the actual site staff aren't available) were unprofessional and RUDE!!!!and they will apparently just try and argue with you instead of actually helping or finding out who can help. Especially Carlos. He wouldn't even let me speak to a supervisor. He asked me why I wanted the supervisor, and then hung up on me. He was horrible. He left my mother in tears after that call. I've since talked to the supervisor. She was professional, but she needed better employees.I'm just happy that the on-site staff at both the pick-up and the drop-off locations were very nice.”

“This location has improved greatly in the past few months with the hiring of new employees who have much better customer service skills than the young lady who worked there before. The check in and check outs are pretty much seamless if the line isn’t long. David ( I may be getting his name wrong) and James are great employees who are effective at getting customers in and out and on the road. This location had proven responsive to customer feedback and it shows in their perpetual improvement. My last booking had some complications with the quality of the car and they resolved it in a timely and efficient manner. Proving that even when faced with problems concerning customer experience they can retain the customers business and loyalty. I hope to continue to see this level of growth and quality of service from this location!”

“Amazingly easy to work with and extremely nice people!! Came on a Friday afternoon to measure where the ramp would be located. I asked when it could be installed, because my husband was coming home from the hospital on Sunday. Caught the man off guard. However, he really figured out what to do. He said he had a ramp in his truck that he just picked up and it could be one I could use. He called the office to make sure it was not spoken for and when he found out that it was available, he and his partner installed it right away. Talk about a relief of getting one of the things done that had to be done!! I would high recommend RampNow!!”
