These ladies went ABOVE and BEYOND to make sure I looked great with all of my clothing selections, they answered all of my questions, they guided to the correct department when I was looking for something, AND they all gave me a BEAUTIFUL smile. They also made sure to bring to my attention the great deals Marshalls had with their TJX credit card! This Marshalls really hit the jackpot with these wonderful and very attentive employees!! I am absolutely coming back!!!!”

“I needed a dress for the symphony last weekend- they had amazing deals here! There weren't very many options left, but I'm sure that was due to the nature of the deal. It was a pink tag deal of buy one get one free and I got two absolutely gorgeous dresses that fit me like a glove! I was very satisfied with my purchase!”
“We mostly visit the gap factor in Chicago premium outlets it is good. But when I went to return the items which doesn’t fit me properly so they didn’t refund the amount back to my bank account and gave a gift card which disappointed me.”
“I had a really great experience at The Children’s Place in Fox Valley Mall. Stacy was the sales associate who helped me, and she was amazing from start to finish. She was so friendly, patient, and really took her time helping me without making me feel rushed.
She actually helped me put together two outfits for my boys’ picture day tomorrow, and they came out so nice. I really appreciated her eye for putting things together and making sure everything looked good.

“I’ve always received the best childrens attire gifts from here. Such beautiful, well-made and designed clothes. I actually like that they don’t have a dressing room. Dressing rooms get so messy especially with kids. Their sizing is accurate anyway, and they have a decent window of time for returns if the size doesn’t work out. The sales associate was very helpful even checking other locations when I found items I liked but were not the size I required. I had such a pleasant experience and am tired of online shopping. It felt good to get out to an actual store. The store is small but not overly crowded or overwhelming like department stores can be.”

“I've had 2 different experiences here. The first I was greeted with attitude from what I can only assume was the manager, very rude short lady.
The second and most recent - friendly younger staff with good vibes.
It was busy but they seemed to work well and stay in a good mood. It was my first time selling, my quote was ready in an hr. Store is not crowded but the items are in good condition, great sales and discounts. Love the 10 for $10 deal. Better than the crest hill location. Highly recommend.”
