Of course, he recommended some additional options, but he did not pressure me about any of them. I tried a few mattresses, found the one I wanted, bought it, and scheduled delivery all in about 20 minutes.”

They were so patient while we made decisions and made sure we had the right measurements for each, not pushy at all like your bigger furniture chains. More recently, a cushion had a tear, and Hometown facilitated the outreach to the manufacturer for the replacement covering. I am so thankful for the hometown store they are. One year tried using an off brand chemical line to maintain our pool and it was struggle - went back to Great Escape immediately . “I moved from Chicago to NY recently and my movers incorrectly assembled my bed causing it to break immediately when I sat down on it. I called Baxton to ask about a bed I had purchased from them over 3 years ago so I could purchase the correct parts to repair my bed. I spoke to Ali who was incredibly kind and helpful, going as far as to contact Baxton’s other store to see if they could pull my purchase information. Through her help, I was able to identify my exact bed model and will be having it repaired soon. There was no incentive for her to go out of her way to help me, considering I wasn’t a prospective customer but she had me send her pictures of the bed and worked with me to identify the bed. It’s rare these days to experience good customer service (I’ve been receiving awful customer service my moving company) and I’d encourage everyone to use Baxton. Plus, the bed I have is fantastic over 3 years later. Thank you to Baxton, particularly Ali for her outstanding service and help.”

We were really fortunate that Jessie was there to help us understand the differences between the various mattresses and help us understand which one best suits our needs. Jessie allowed us to experience the features of the various adjustable bases and we can hardly wait till it arrives so we can experience how comfortable it feels.
