“I recently came in, and witnessed two employees being berated by a woman. I just want to say that the professionalism and patience exhibited by both women was amazing. If it had been me, I wouldn’t have been able to keep my cool being spoken to the way they were. It takes a lot to keep a level head when someone is speaking to you like you are beneath them. I was honestly appalled with the way they were being treated. People - do better!!
I have ALWAYS received amazing customer service at this store and I give props to the employees for handling the situation with calm, kind, professionalism. I come here often and I have never had any issue.”

Mike was incredibly patient with me, taking the time to ensure I was doing okay despite also assisting two to three other customers simultaneously that were walking in. He consistently checked back with me to address my needs. His willingness to help is above and beyond and his knowledge of his work is impressive. What stood out the most was his genuinely happy attitude, especially on a Monday. His friendly greeting made it clear that he truly enjoys his job and I’ve observed he has return customers that enjoy his company. Mike brings trust and loyalty out of his customers. Mike's dedication and positive demeanor made my visit a pleasant one. “Looks like any other UPS stores conveniently located close to major street. Staff very pleasant to deal with and I must have come during slow times (10am) I was the only person there. Now for some negative, during peak hours parking probably is nightmare as there are some busy businesses around so not ideal for quick in and out experience. Probably best to come here morning hours.”

“We had been waiting 7 months for this shipment. It was previously sent via another shipping company that ended up damaging it in transit. Chuck came during the scheduled time and was super professional and friendly! We had several large boxes and after hearing about our previous experience, he took the time to help me open each one to check for damage. There was none. My items shipped out on a Tuesday and got to the facility on a Thursday. After not hearing from TForce I did call after a few days and they scheduled my delivery appointment for the following day. Not sure how long I would've had to wait if I didn't call, but five stars for Chuck!”
“I had came here for christmas last year to buy a new chair for my husband as a surprise but unfortunately my husband is very picky and I had to return it. But I had never return furniture before so I had talked on the phone to ask about the process and they had made it very easy and clear for me. I appreciate the help and assistance. The refund did take over a month and I had to call customer service but they helped with that as well. So overall great selection and very helpful and hope to shop soon!”
