Sugar Grove Animal Hospital staff was amazing they took such good care of my boy and I was outta there for $80. That includes 2 medications and a nail trim for the other nails. “We used the Welcome Waggin for the first time this week to put our 14 year old miniature schnauzer to sleep. We had never used a mobile vet service and didn’t know what to expect, but Dr. Fagan and Sarah were very kind and helped us through a very difficult experience. They explained all of our options and the process to us, as well as any potential things that could happen given my dog’s cardiac issues. They were so gentle with her and gave us enough time to say goodbye and provided us with some words of encouragement that helped me feel significantly better. I feel so much more at peace knowing my dog passed away in her favorite spot with her favorite people in a relaxing and loving environment. Thank you to Dr. Fagan and Sarah for your compassion and assistance on a very difficult day for our family! We will certainly be sure to recommend the Welcome Waggin to others.”
“Walked in without an appointment. The front desk ladies were friendly and quick to get us checked in. The Vet saw my little old Chihuahua girl within 20 minutes! My dog is very nervous. Everyone was gentle and patient with my dog, encouraging her to relax. That helped me more than my dog! During the exam, the vet explained everything as she went along, and gave me useful info and several options to consider. I asked for an estimate. Within a few minutes, decided on a treatment plan. No pressure, no upselling—just courtesy and respect. I was relieved to get the help we needed right away. Thank you to the doctor and everyone else we met there. Friendly and professional, and they were so good with my little dog.”

“Recently our dog hurt her leg and was limping very badly. Our regular Vet couldn't get her in that afternoon/evening or even the next morning. My son referred me to their Vet Clinic. Amazingly Fox Valley Veterinary Clinic was able to give us a same day 5pm appointment! The receptionists were very helpful and pleasant. Dr. Tab was great. The gentle but thorough exam he gave our Rosie was very reassuring. The Rimadol he prescribed really helped. Their fees were quite reasonable too. Highly recommend their services.”
“Animal Care Hospital had been treating our dog, Cash, his whole life. He outlived his life span by three years and we had to make the tough decision to say goodbye last month. Dr. Choi was his regular doctor.
Let me tell you - This is the care team you want in the hardest moments with your pet. We were able to be present and say goodbye so he wasn’t alone. We assumed that our care was complete. But no - the follow up care from this office after a pet’s death is the gold standard.
After our dog had passed away, we got a card mailed to our home with a handwritten condolence message from every staff member. When we picked up his ashes, the team had put so much care into everything. The ashes were in a beautiful sealed wooden box with a velvet bag, and his paw print is frame-worthy. They spent so much time on every detail. It went above and beyond.
I wish I could give more stars than five. This business is not only exceptional at pet care, but also “people care” when we say goodbye to our furry family members. Thank you so much for your work.”

“I had a really sick dog. I drove an hour and 15 minutes to get there. They got me in a room in about 25 minutes. During wait time my dog got sick multiple times and they said not to worry about it they would clean up everything. They took me into a room and took her for bloodwork right away. The Dr came in and explained everything and what they wanted to do. Showed me the different pricing and explained both options carefully with pros and cons. I elected to leave her there overnight. They called me later that night and at 6:00 the next morning. At 8:45 another person called and said she was well enough to leave. Everyone there was very nice and seemed to be concerned in making her comfortable. I would definitely recommend them to anyone that needs extra care for their animal.”

He has finally graduated from all of the rehab and now gets to just go and swim and visit his favorite ladies! He is a whole new pup and is off of all his pain meds!
