“I belong to PFCU since they took over the former Leyden Credit Union which I joined in the 1980’s. At that time I was very pleased with the service and the employees. Since PFCU took over the office in Franklin Park several years ago I have experienced nothing but excellent customer service and customer care which I never found at any bank. Today they worked with me from their Morton Grove location to successfully cancel a large duplicate transfer which was in progress. I would like to recognize Lizbeth and Heidi (and Maria when I work with her) for their efforts and commitment to customer service and support. I highly recommend them as your bank.”

“I've been banking at this branch for the past 15 years; it use to be MB Financial now 53rd Bank. I've experienced consistent great customer service all this time; most of the people have been there many years. This is pretty much the only branch I do my banking because the customer service is outstanding! The go to personal banker is Nita; she has a passion to help people with their financial needs and truly is a person of integrity and loyal to her customers! Ana and all the other tellers are all great! They have been servicing customers with professionalism, courtesy, respect and genuinely nice and caring people; they are quick and efficient without skimping out on customer service.I've never had a problem that wasn't met with real concern and willingness to help! Most of my issues are\were due to my own ignorance but there's not one person who wasn't understanding and helpful; took the time to give me information or answer\address my concerns no matter how small.The bankers and tellers make this branch welcoming and always a pleasure to handle your banking needs; great experience! I highly recommend this branch if you want awesome customer service by people who will go above and beyond for you! Trust me!
