“I went in looking for a silicone cupcake pan and they had it. I visited 2 other craft stores in area. The pans were $35 and I purchased for $8 at t.j. maxx i found everything i needed here at a very affordable price. Very organized store”
“We recently had the pleasure of shopping at Morton Grove Ross store which is in between Dollar tree and Kohl's, and I must say, the customer support I received was top-notch! The staff member her name was Effat I interacted with was incredibly helpful, efficient, and polite. She went above and beyond to ensure that I had a smooth shopping experience.
What impressed me the most was her ability to multitask - she was handling multiple customers, answering queries, and providing guidance all at the same time, and yet, she never seemed rushed or flustered. Her warm smile and friendly demeanor made me feel welcome and valued.
I also appreciated the extra effort Effat put in to help a lady who had forgotten an item - she noted down her contact number and informed the manager, ensuring that the item was safely returned to her.
Overall, I had a fantastic shopping experience, and I attribute it largely to the excellent customer support I received. Kudos to the staff member and the entire team at Morton Grove Ross zip code 60053 for providing such outstanding service!.”
