“I had the best experience here with Julio. My husband and I needed to buy a new king size mattress and stopped in to see if we liked anything with the intention to continue to shop around. Julio spent a significant amount of time with us understanding what type of sleepers we are, what issues we needed addressed, and testing every mattress to find the best fit. He was incredibly knowledgeable of the product and respectful of our budget. We just got our mattress yesterday, and so far really like it, but even if we didn't I would still come back to this store to work with him due to his customer service. “One of the most enjoyable shopping experiences and some of the best customer service I have ever received for a major purchase. The showroom is super nice and generally quiet so you have the time and space to decide from the multiple styles and price points. The quality of all furniture is excellent, much better than expected, especially when you consider how reasonably priced it is. We purchased a complete bedroom set in August 2023 and there was an odd size issue with the mattress. After a phone call and some pictures, the staff was extremely apologetic and resolved it as quickly as possible by replacing the mattress. And the delivery and installation crew were a pleasure to deal with. Overall, this was a five star experience with Dania. We're definitely looking forward to shopping there again and buying more from Dania.”
