“This post is 3 months over due! Julio was a delight to work with. From the first day I came in he made me feel comfortable and zero pressure to buy. Mattress shopping can be awkward alone and that wasn't the case with Julio. He asked the right questions and allowed me to take my time even though I came in very close to closing time. He told me to think over night and do my research and would honor the sale that was ending. I originally got the Serta Temprapedic firm, which I hated. It made my back issues worse and my sleeping issues progressed. When I called him to tell him he said no worries, and apologized ( though not his fault). I went back in and tested out the plush, which says best for side sleepers. I even wanted to get the king instead and wanted to return the adjustable base which normally isn't returnable. Hands down Julio is the best. I went in on a day he wasn't there to test the plush and others to make sure I didnt swap out another mattress and it's just wasn't as comfortable as when I dealt with Julio. He hands down treated me like a friend from the second I opened the door to the store. Thank you Julio for being so patient and not pushing me and literally telling me "you are not buying a mattress tonight". I absolutely LOVE my new bed. I will say when the second one came it had such an awful strong smell that has now (3 months later) started to go away. I did and no lie still have the thought it was a returned and cleaned mattress that was brought the second time. That's on me as I meant to call and talk to him about but at the end of the day I'm happy and sleeping better then ever. One thing I will add is this mattress is advertised as "cooling" It is cool to the touch but is not cooling once laying for 10 minutes. If you really are in need of the cooking technology spend the extra $3000 for the temperpidic artic cool. If I didnt want to pay in full and was cool with financing I would have done that. It may be more cooking without a mattress cover but that's %100 needed for longevity. I even bought a cooling cover but it's not the same. This is something the mattress designers should think about and consider when creating the mattress'.”
