She waited on the phone with Verizon Customer Sevice and helped navigate and guide me through to resolution out of the kindness of her heart. She was not being paid commission and helped me navigate a complex network transition from ATT to Verizon.
This store is lucky to have such a hard working and genuinely kind person onboard.”

“Kelly you are the best! Let me tell you folks, I agree with Lisa B. Kelly had 3 customers that needed extensive assistance, but not me. LOL. Her voice tone was calm, yet professional. The way she handled each situation close to closing time, you would think the store just opened. I needed internet service immediately, just moved from Florida. Kelly provided me with the right equipment, explained what will happen, what I need to do, and it should take less than 15 minutes to set up. Got home and it took only 5. Kelly, listen to me, if you decide to go into another profession, choose Emergency Room, News Anchor or Radio host. Thank you again!”

“Stopped in last night at about 7:30 as I was having an issue with my SIM card activation. Both of the representatives were very attentive and cordial despite it being a bit late. One of the representatives was a new employee and, despite this, he was very knowledgeable and paid close attention to the issue I was having; he's definitely someone who was a good hire and someone I would personally hire.

“I had to move my dish from a flower bed to my patio (my landlord is being a j**** Lamont our installer was just wonderful and very understanding. He moved the dish so we had the best available signal. I would recommend USA Wireless Satellite TV, and Lamont for any future needs.”
“I got fast service. They accepted my phone, which was a trade in. 2 Women at the 1300 N. Ashland refused. They said I had to go to UpS because they would not be held responsible or another T-Mobile. Alex was able to explain The account I bought, set up my Netflix account and that I was being charged for trackers. Cindee at the auto did not explain there was a 3 dollar fee.”
