“Nice to have a less expensive alternative to the other self-grooming dog wash on Skokie Boulevard in Northbrook, but this one wasn’t very clean, tidy nor organized. Dog hair everywhere, no towels, no brushes, nor refilled shampoo on hand-I had to ask. After every dog leaves, it should be checked. Very nice staff, though.”
“Blown away by the amazing customer service! I arrived with a minute to spare (totally my fault, I thought they were open later). I had run in after work to get cake mix for my pup’s birthday and a few items and they were so gracious enough to let me snag them and gave me recommendations on the doggie ice cream.
