“5 stars all the way. We were hauling a truck and trailer from St. Louis, Missouri headed to Elizabeth, Illinois on a little over a 5 hour trip when about 2 and a half hours in, our trailer wheel bearings completely failed. They melted, snapped off, and left us in a really bad spot on the side of the road. We made it to O’Reilly’s, and the team there stepped up in a big way. They helped us get the last two wheel bearings they had on the shelf, went out of their way to help us piece together what we needed, even got washers from Ace Hardware, helped connect us with a shop next door to cut the fused metal apart, and on top of that they bought us lunch. We spent about 3 hours getting it rigged back together, and they never once acted bothered or asked for anything in return. Just genuinely good people who cared and helped us when we needed it most. I will never forget that. Great store, great team, and exactly the kind of people you hope to find when things go wrong.”

“I showed up in 0 degree weather right below closing- my battery unable to live another day. I was met by a charismatic fella named Brandon Grube. I didn't have sufficient tools, Brandon made sure i was able to install the battery as smoothly as possible. He went above and beyond to make the experience excellent. It was so smooth that i happily purchased a second battery for another vehicle- well before i had intended to replace it. Great experience. thank you, guys. thank ya, Brandon!

“This was my first time going into Batteries Plus. I needed some specific batteries for my remote start on my car. I was greeted right when I walked in the door and was able to get the batteries that I needed within about 30 seconds. The batteries cost about $10 for two little bitty batteries, but at least I got the ones that I needed, and the customer service was good.
I also asked for a price check on an extra key for my son's car and was able to get a round about estimate for that.”

“Came in on a busy Saturday morning. I would say that every customer in that 20 minutes I was there needed one-on-one service (including me).

They handled it well, was quick to offer assistance. Employees in the back came out and helped when it got extra busy. They had what I needed. Store was clean and shelves were organized.

I can’t expect them the change the world but in this day and age, when most store employees would rather avoid making eye contact with you, it’s nice to go someplace where they ask if you need help, and then provide it.”

Both were EXCEPTIONAL, friendly, & helpful and went WAY ABOVE AND BEYOND to help me in my more urgent time of need. I was so thankful for their extended help and kindness.
