“Very friendly and helpful staff. Reasonable prices. Knocking off one star because the fix took much longer than the first estimate. They had to completely redo the sealant because there was some dust caught inside a piece of my phone. The whole process took 3x as long and I went back to the store 3 times before the fix was done. They were willing to give me a discount for my trouble. Which was nice. A little fustrating though.”

“Jenny/Ginny..not sure if I'm spelling her name right but she was simply wonderful when I stopped in to get windshield wipers for my car this morning at the East Peoria Il location. She put her food aside with a smile and even put the wipers on my car for me. She did it with a smile!! A HUGE difference from the rude service I received from Shawn at Auto Zone. I will now be an Oriellys customer from here on out. Thank you Jenny/Ginny for making me believe in good customer service again.”

“I love O'Reilly Auto and the people that work there are very helpful. I had a defective battery in my riding lawn mower and I would take it to O'Reilly Auto every other week and without fail and without charge, they would recharge it at no cost. I don't know if they got tired of seeing my face or they concluded that the battery they'd sold me was defective, but they eventually swapped it out for a new battery and so I have not had to go up and grace them with my presence since then.😜”

“My windshield wiper broke right when crazy snow hit today and thankfully I was a half mile away from the store. The young man behind the counter not only picked the wiper blades out for me based on my car model and year, but he even went out in the cold weather and put them on my vehicle. In the mean time I had the privilege of chatting with the lovely amazing women inside in the store. I cannot thank them enough for their kind efforts today, if it was not for them, I would have been lost. Again, many thanks!”
“Always so very helpful. And a huge shout out to Bob! I brought my grandmother's old 2009 cobalt and her headlight was out and it can be a little hard getting that headlight in there, thanks to Bob he did that and a blinker in 10-15min, made sure it was working and good to go!
