After picking up my car and everything going so smoothly I wanted to leave 5 stars, but I suspected from past rental experiences at O'hare there would be something that would go wrong, an overcharge or mysterious additions to my bill or surprised toll fines, etc. But I got the lowest price I could find online. I had no additional sales pushes, I had no uncomfortable waiting, or rude employees - in fact far from it- Angel was as friendly and competent as I had ever had. And then I had a clean, new car that I actually had ordered at the price I had ordered. I was confused why this was so good. When I returned the car I waited for the catch. There was nothing. I pulled in and right away was greeted with a smile. I assumed that the man didn't work there. But he did. Then to my astoundment, the shuttle which was parked inside the garage pulled up, picked up all my very heavy bags for me, put them in the shuttle with a pleasant a professional greeting and I was ready to go. The shuttle driver was excellent. Again, I waited for some additional charge to be added. I feel safe to say that this is the most unexpectedly great rental car experience that I can remember for a very long time - for sure in Chicago. I will only go to them next time.”
