Staff is very helpful and guided me through diverse shoe models evaluation, they listen to you and give you the best type of shoe you need. Definitely recommend coming and take the exam so you know what's best for your feet even if you work retail.”

“I wanted to send a quick note to say how happy I was with my purchase today.
I visited the store just after lunch and met Gary, who was wonderful to work with. He really knew his stuff, and it was clear that he is an expert in his field. He had me walk in front of him and was able to identify exactly what kind of shoe I needed just by analyzing my gait.
I could tell he was very serious about his work and truly knew what he was talking about. I went with his suggestion, and I am quite happy with the results. The shoes he picked out appear to be fantastic for running, which is a topic Gary and I discussed at length.
This store clearly knows what they are doing and offers a great selection of running shoes and accessories. I will certainly be coming back again and again.

“I visited this store a couple of months ago and was really impressed with their huge selection of western wear. We ended up buying two pairs of boots and two hats so many great options to choose from!
After our trip, my boyfriend noticed a manufacturer defect in his boots. I brought them back to the store, and the management team handled the situation quickly and professionally. They truly went above and beyond to make things right.

“This is the best customer service I have ever received. I ordered online and was thankfully shipped by this store. I needed to exchange the size and luckily was helped by the gem and superstar Elsie. She was so knowledgeable and patient with all my questions. Coincidentally we wear the same size with similar feet description and she literally took me shopping with her over the phone while she tried on shoes to describe the fit to me. I've been putting off buying Fluevogs for years bc the hassle of inconsistent sizing but because of my experience with Elsie I will now be a life long Fluevog collector. “This location, the customer service is awesome. This location have a system to scan a barcode to be added to the waitlist to be seen as there are a lot of customers. I have observe in how the employees make sure the shoes fit on the customer feet, etc. I am a repeat customer and knew what brand shoe and size to get and I had called ahead to the store and the employee was nice to hold the shoe in my size on hold. The shoe fit comfortable and my custom orthotics fit inside of the Hoka Solimar 2 shoe.”
“Ordered shoes online but the wrong ones were delivered. Not sure about their QA/QC process (or lack thereof). Could have just easily confirmed if the right shoes were delivered.
UPDATE: Received the correct shoes. Person I spoke with was very helpful and got me the correct pair of shoes after a few days. Price of the shoes was the lowest I'd seen, so no issues there.
Would have been 5 stars if the original issue hadn't occurred.”
