“I have a vintage pair of Wharfdale W90 speakers that were my grandfathers and in storage for the last 30 years that I took to John for some TLC. The work they did to restore them is incredible and a significant upgrade to what was a great vintage speaker to make them even better. They also restored the wood finish, which looks and now sounds better than ever. I would highly recommend!”

“Simply the best!!! John came out for my last minute call on a Saturday evening. He spent a few hours testing my old TV and installing the new TV. Shop local! Amazing, old fashioned, customer service!!!”

“Goodbye AT&T! Hello T-Mobile, I switched it to T-Mobile because l wasn't very happy with AT&T service since l had it for so long and l decided to come by there in the mall. It got me annoyed and tired while l carried AT&T cell phone with me all the way. Ugh. Finally l ended up until l was first met Shameka or Shamika (unsure) the sale rep/employee she is very nice and friendly also helped me lot through that but cool ever l've had. Well done. 📝 Actually this is last June 15th l was supposed to write a review about this place l know anyway. It makes me happier and relieved, also. ✅ Highly recommend. 📝”

“I left a few hangers I was purchasing at the checkout. The staff was nice enough to hold onto it til I noticed. All I had to do was call, show proof, nd I was good to go. Often is busy and rowdy with people, but still a good local target”

“Major shout out to the GameStop inside the Harlem Irving Mall, especially Gabriel and GameStop staff you are truly setting the bar for excellence when it comes to regards to customer service professionalism, and willingness to love your neighbor as you love yourself as Jesus taught. I thank you for putting scripture to every day application. May God bless you and may God bless the work of your hands. I had searched all day for these items at various GameStop’s for my daughter and for myself and you guys thankfully had these items in stock. I can’t begin to express how truly grateful that I am that you had these items and that you were able to hold them for me if I could give 1 million stars I would. Apologies it took me a while to post this post. I was a little backlogged. I bought these items September 26, 2025 unfortunately right after that I had a family funeral in which I had to drive cross-country to California so I do apologize for the delay for posting the review, but I hunted down the receipt and was determined to give you guys credit for the awesome job that you did because I truly did search the entire city and you guys were the only location that had it and willing to hold for me God bless you and Thank you!”

“The checker Jacob saved us from extreme pain and disappointment! My kid earned some money and wanted to buy Fortnite V-Bucks, as one does. While checking out with Jacob, he saw that someone had scratched off the code on the back of the V-Bucks gift card. Someone could have had the code loaded in their system and stole the V-Bucks. (Worst case scenario!)Jacob saved us from a potentially tragic Saturday morning, where I'm sure I'd never had figured out what occurred. Thanks Jacob!”
