“Went into AT&T today to cancel a line, add a line and get a new phone. From the moment I walked in I got amazing customer service! Very friendly, knowledgeable and super helpful since I had no idea what was the best route to go in order to get the best deal. I dealt with the store manager Quintez, SO polite and welcoming from the beginning. Walked me through everything and made the process so easy. Was in and out in an hour with exactly what I went in for and more! I could not say enough great and amazing things about this store location and service! Definitely a 10 out of 10 recommended!!!”

“Mom's sim died. They could not help me. They tried but without her being physically there they could not help me. They were very polite and professional. They did try a couple ways of setting up a virtual sim and etc. I understand it was for security reasons that they could not help me and I do not hold that against them. Very nice people to do business with”

She literally dropped everything she was doing at the front of the store to help me locate some bubblegum not on the shelves (like the app said) but in the back stock area. Crissy absolutely deserves recognition-- customer service like hers are rare!”
