“I do a lot of domestic shipping for my online business. In the past three years, I tried out 6 or 7 UPS stores in my area; I have to say this is THE BEST UPS STORE to do business with. Here are my reasons:1) People in this location are amicable, from the owner to everyone on his team. One time, I had a lot of items that needed to be shipped. The owner came out to the parking lot and helped me move my items inside the store. I have never experienced this level of customer service in any other USP stores.2) The store had dolley, a few flatbed carts you can use, which come in handy when you need to ship heavy items.3) This store is very well maintained and spotless.”

“I came in on a Thursday night with a very small job: just needed my dog's name embroidered on his therapy dog vest. Erin was very helpful in choosing a font, understanding the layout I wanted, and giving us priority over larger jobs (putting my small job at the head of the line). Erin sent me a PDF of the layout, which I approved, and then had the job finished by Friday evening. All for $15. I'll definitely be back if I need any other of there services.”
“I had a very small and specific size I needed for my custom boxes that most manufacturers were not able to accommodate, as well as a low minimum I wanted to start with. They were able to make my custom size at a low MOQ AND at a great price! I worried quality would not be as good but they came just as expected and have worked great! They placed my order created a design for me and had it ready in less than three days two days to be exact!! “Dan is the man at the UPS store #3922 On 9923 Ridgeland Avenue In Chicago Ridge Illinois!I had more than a handful of Amazon returns, and he was super helpful and kind. Greeted soon as I walked in and there were a line of people and he was flying solo on a Saturday during peak hours. I can’t stand post offices on the weekend due to the attitude of most employees. That’s why I go to the UPS store and he was super efficient and quick and nice to everyone including myself.I managed to get all my returns from Amazon and even managed to pack two big items in boxes and he was super helpful with all of it and even with the email labeling components of the more challenging returns.Dan did not ask for me to leave this review in fact if he did I never would have. I get my eyebrows done and I go to salons and make up services and they are always asking me to leave them reviews and just the suggestion alone is a turn off, and I tend to resist. People want to leave good reviews without being asked to. He probably already forgot who I am and I don’t care. I hope he gets to be the manager if he isn’t already or a franchise owner or something because he makes UPS look good and Amazon returns that much easier. Thank you for all that you do, Dan!!”
