βIt's a real pain to get to this place. Take I-55 to the Pulaski Rd exit, go to 47th St, then turn left onto Western Blvd, and a little ahead turn right onto 42nd St. It's easy to back into the dock, and they load you up really fast.β
βThe best pickup experience I ever had was with incredibly friendly and polite people who greeted me with smiles. The process was efficient, taking a maximum of 15 minutes.β

βI came to Costco today 4/6/26, had the pleasure of meeting Liz at the check out, one of the other coworkers wouldn't help me so she stepped in. Wow she has excellent customer service skills, so she made up for the person that didn't want to help me at check out. I just love when someone just gives excellent service. I'll make sure I let the store manager know next time I'm there.β
βI always shop here because of the ease, the quietness and the professionalism. They always have what I need in stock and the staff are very friendly. Pro tip: use the dash cart. It will make your shopping easier, fun and they show coupons in every aisle you shop as you shop!β

βI was very scared when I read people reviews. I check in 35 hours before my apt time and they unload in 35 minutes and give me the paperwork good place to deliverβ
βFast unloading, the security guy is nice, the guy who was unloading me also nice they help you to back up because its tight,not for beginner drivers definetly, you will have hard time parking here. Unloaded in 45min. Thank youβ

βCompany is between the two buildings at the end of the lot on the left. The check in office is between docks 10&11. Delivered 8 pallets today and was served immediately. High marks!!! Thank you for respecting the driver time.β

Client had. a shower head in her mind - it was THE very shower head Jodie showed us. This happened the entire hour as Jodie showed us around our options/choices. Intuitive, knowledgeable about her product and construction, with a great sense of our needs and sense of humour .... she made our day!! Plus saved us loads of time.!! THANKYOU!!!β

βThe receiver is great. Quick and pleasant. The dock on the other hand is another story. Single inside dock with door ripper offers. The street you back in off of isn't that busy and there's just enough room to go maneuver to get in.β

βCostco is Great! The store is busy but weβre clean! I would recommend you get there early as the parking lot can get full quickly. They have everything you could want at this store. Be sure to check them out! Good court options are great aswell.β
