I had an unexpected breakdown right near this store—my power steering pump went out, and I barely made it into the parking lot. It was a hot day, and while I was outside trying to figure out what was wrong, one of the employees, Joshua, came out with an ice-cold bottle of water and told me not to worry, to take my time, and that I was welcome to stay as long as I needed.
I explained the situation inside and let them know I'd have to leave my truck there overnight while I waited for the part. Everyone was incredibly kind and understanding, and they assured me it wasn’t a problem since I wasn’t blocking anything.
A huge thank you to Joshua and the rest of the team for their kindness and hospitality. It turned a stressful situation into something a lot more manageable. I really appreciate it!”
