“Midtown Square is an excellent place to live. The building is very well run top to bottom! The entire staff is helpful, friendly and really good at their jobs. The condo was in excellent shape when I moved in and anything I needed was taken care of in a very timely manner. I loved the in-town location which will only get more fun with all the new restaurants in town.”

The building is spotless.
Clean, fresh and taking pride in where I live is how I feel about walking through the lobby every day.
She is very ‘ visible’ at the building, always interacting with the residents.
There are multiple activities for residents of all ages and demographics, which Nellie keeps fresh and updated.
Nellie really does tick all the boxes for what it takes to be a ‘managers’ manager!!!!!!!!!

“My girlfriend and I moved from FL and were stressed about finding a new place to call home, however, 1717 Evanston has made the move simply and amazing. The apartment has a great gym, it is located close to both the Metra and L, the staff is extremely welcoming and friendly, and the maintenance team is top notch they are quick and efficient. Additionally, the apartments host Yoga on Saturday which is a nice touch it feels almost like having a private session.”
“Another great review for eTronics! Erich was responsive and detail-oriented from our first contact to the completed job. Erich did a great job installing and mounting our projector, including some electrical work! The price was great, Erich was on time and extremely professional, and didn’t mind me bugging him with a few questions during install. Management was quick to respond and always helpful. Maintenance was always happy and eager to help resolve any situations should they arrive. “I’ve lived here for a almost a year and plan to stay even longer. The neighbors here are very kind. The environment is fantastic, and the communication from the current management team has been outstanding. This is by far the best management team I’ve ever worked with.
Sarah, Lindsey, Augustin, and Tom are incredibly patient and supportive. Sarah was very enthusiastic and especially helpful during my unit transfer—her communication skills and patience in resolving misunderstandings were exceptional. She’s also extremely thoughtful when it comes to residents’ packages. On several occasions, she took the time to care for and remind me about my wine deliveries when I wasn’t home.
Lindsey is deeply compassionate and always supportive. Augustin is very responsible—once when I was away on a business trip and realized my stove was still on, after my phone call, he responded promptly and helped shut off the electronics. I was so relieved to have that kind of backup.
The maintenance team has been excellent throughout my stay. Bryant (who has since left), Luis, and others I haven’t had the chance to meet are all very reliable and professional. Even the cleaning staff are consistently kind and courteous.
Just wanted to take a moment to express my heartfelt appreciation for this amazing team.”

“I have lived here for almost seven years and this place is home. This is the longest I have ever lived in one place so it should say something. There's no perfect situation so let's be honest with ourselves, things happen. However the building is cared for, problems are addressed and handled. You will make friends with the neighbours as you can build your own community here. For what you pay, this place is absolutely worth it. I personally have been through some personal situations, Michelle, the complex director has been very helpful and understanding. During covid, Renee (spelling) even brought packages and left them outside of my door. Just wanted to give a fair and realistic review. If you are looking for a place that you can call home, don't look any further.”

“This is an amazing property. It’s seated on a very prime land in the north shore. I’ve been living here for a year and now in the process of renewing our lease. The rooms are clean, maintenance is quick and does excellent work. Clean and safe parking space and a car wash (with warm water) accessible to all residents. Friendly staff.. friendly residents, easy 2 minutes access to the main highway that’s a straight shot into Chicago downtown… Mariano’s grocery store is literally down a few doors away (4 minutes walking distance), never experienced any security issues, clean swimming pools to enjoy the summer, the list goes on and on… and then there is Meg, she is magnificent and always jumping with solutions.. I love this place”
