“The staff here will bend over backwards to help you. I have a limited amount of oxygen that I deal w/daily. They go out of they’re way to be. Way helpful. I found they’re s eddy sections of clothes yo have such good ranges of prices it’s got something for everyone. Great upbeat store with the latest of fashions mostly in stock in an array of sizes and $$$.”

“This is a good place to shop. I'm a huge fan of their gap fit selection, their sales section is generous, and they always carry the newest and greatest items for the season. Employees are exceptional at being attentive and very courteous. They were so accommodating. Good place to stock up on daily wear items like tops and shorts. Nice prints and personally always like their fabric quality. I like how spacious it is and how most of the clothes are neatly organized. Employees are always tidying up. A very pleasant shopping experience all the time. I highly recommend this location.”

“I came here to buy pants and a blouse. I park my car in their parking lot. They had a lot of space in the parking lot when I came here. When I enter there are a lot of customers inside. I went to the women's section and looked for pants and a blouse. I first went to the area of pants. I would like to buy pants that stretch so it looks fit to me. At first it's hard to find since I couldn't find but some staff assisted and helped me. He pointed out the selection of it. And then I found it. I purchased one and I thank her. After that I went to the blouse section and looked at the blouse. They have a lot of blouse designs. I chose a blouse that suited my pants. Then I purchased a baby pink blouse. It looks neat and clean. Then I paid for the pants and blouse at the counter.”

Her customer service and cheerful attitude are second to none. I recently told one of my friends to come here as he was looking for a gift for his wife, and he also had the same positive experience.”

“The waitstaff here was kind and friendly. The front of house seemed like sitting us was annoying however. The food came out quickly and our waiter was prompt about asking us for what we wanted. The food was very good and there was plenty for leftovers for sure. I’ll be coming back here, I would suggest trying out the orange chicken here!”

“Dropped in to get 2 hats that were 1/2 priced due to end of season. Was charged for more items than I purchased and didn’t notice until the next day. Called & the manager told me to come in and she would take care of it which she did after having to drive 1/2 hr there & back. I would recommend they have the cashiers count the items to ensure accuracy.”

“I want to praise Cheryl, a woman who works at Saks OFF 5th in Northbrook. I found a dream pair of flats and left them outside the fitting room. Later that day, I called to have her put them aside so I could purchase them the next day. Unsure of the pair I wanted, she held the shoes with two heel heights. I was so touched by her eagerness to help and go the extra mile. Service like this is so rare these days. I hope Saks takes care of their best asset. Thank you, Cheryl.”

Their employees bring a youthful energy and charisma to their interactions with customers. The management is exceptional. If you walk into the store with a superiority complex (northbrook area has plenty of that)… they will still treat you with kindness and patience. I love northbrook court :)”

“I took my daughter to shop here for her Bat Mitzvah party dress. Was not totally sure what to expect based on reviews I had read. The selection of junior special occasion dresses beat any other store we had visited (there aren’t too many stores left but we went) and Linda who helped us was full of energy and expertise. My daughter left with a dress she loves and cannot wait to wear!! She also got two dresses to wear to friends’ parties. It’s a very cute store. Lots of fun clothes, cute two piece sets and gifts. I’m SO glad we went and had a good experience!”
