Office Depot came through for me and I was able to get exactly what I needed for much less than any of the fancy planner/stationery companies on the internet.”

“When I came into the Apple Store yesterday with my iPad and iPhone, I showed Fausto how my iPad had all of my previous events dating back to 2012 (I had NOT yet upgraded to the latest operating system on my iPad) and my phone (which I had upgraded to the new system) and it had NO previous calendar events. Needless to say, I was terrified that I might lose all or some of my information in the process of solving the problem. I think many people who essentially have EVERYTHING on their phone and other devices are fearful of losing their information, especially when someone else is making ajustments to their devices.Fausto was BEYOND amazing in his thorough and precise method of figuring it all out and making certain nothing was lost in the process. He was extremely kind and patient while helping me and explained each step in terms that I could understand. His method was like that of a surgeon's... exact and precise. It's clearly apparent that he has a vast knowledge base of both iPads and iPhones and I can only assume he does for all of your other products. He was/is such a wonderful person to work with and put me at ease so I totally trusted everything he did and the suggestions he made. Along with all of that, it's easy to see what a fine individual he is because he immediately creates a rapport of trust with his customers. I can recommend him to everyone without hesitation! Apple is EXTREMELY lucky to have Fausto on their team and I was lucky to have him be my guide through this issue and completely solve my problem. Kudos to Fausto!!!!”
“My faithful Lenovo Think Pad laptop crashed last month and it crashed hard and without warning. I initially worked with Lenovo tech support, which only complicated the process of restoring my files and repairing the hard drive. My next stop was Computer Drive, an authorized Lenovo repair center. Although the process was slow and painstaking, Carlos, an amazing technician, was able to bring my laptop back to life. He resolved every issue and provided good coaching and encouragement for me, an admitted tech dinosaur. I'll reach out to Carlos for assistance when it comes time to modernize and purchase a new model, he really earned my trust.”

“First purchase. Item is unobtainium. Nowhere else in the country has any in stock and they were selling cheaper than I've ever seen it. I had to read over it several times to make sure I wasn't imagining things. This was around 8pm Eastern time. Within 30 minutes I get an email the order has shipped. That immediately raised some red flags. They didn't provide a tracking number but I checked the Fedex app and sure enough a label was created.I know there's a lot of negative reviews and this probably looks like a fake one but if you see my other reviews I am no stranger to writing really scathing 1 star reviews when it's warranted. I think I see what the problem is here. For starters, they're drop shipping. At least they did with my order. Less control over order fulfillment. And someone else brought up that they are requiring signature. On my order, they wrote in the address line 2 space "Signature Required" but they didn't actually select that option for the shipment. It was delivered, like practically all online orders, without a signature despite it saying signature required on the label. I don't know what they're trying to do with that. Maybe get signature service without paying for it but either way, there may be some truth to those other reviews.Posted July 2022. No customer service was required. Everything is subject to change without notice. Using a virtual card with auto locking feature isn't a bad idea given the iffy reviews but I'd order again.”
