I was biking and my phone fell out of my pocket and the screen was cracked and the phone was unresponsive and all black no visual. I called the store and they gave me a GREAT price to fix it. I came in the store dropped off my phone went to go get coffee and he called me saying it was fixed before i even finished my coffee! super fast maybe 15-20 minutes which is perfect since i use my phone for work so i cant be without it and this store made sure i didnt have to! Would definitely recommend this to anyone i know and hopefully i dont crack my phone but if i do ill know to come here!! BEST REPAIR STORE! ??

However, he did delay giving me the sales receipt on accessories, so I most likely overpaid⁉️? ?
I am disabled. ♿ I use a walker before spinal fusion surgery.? I haven't got the energy now and my limitations are obvious. ? My computer education was in 1989-1991. ???️ I may have figured out a lot more if I woke up. ? But so much of my time is spent sleeping??⁉️

June 27, 2024, I needed a new phone according to Cricket's salesman Zaid, at Lawrence and Damen.
I eventually gave into the cover and ear phones, so it was expensive.
I have Crickets service. I have not been happy with it since about December 18, 2023. They were making technical changes that became my nightmare with receiving and sending calls.
Eventually I reached a Cricket employee, who sent me to the store. He claimed I needed a zip card or new phone. Zaid moved me to a new phone. It is an old phone that I bought about 3-4 years ago❓
I was very happy with the phone number transfer, and contact list and photos also transferred.
I ran into a problem when I forgot a sales receipt that I asked for. I had to go back. That's when I got my NewsBreak font enlarged.
Same set-up as before with Motorola Android. Lots more gestures to play around with.
I plan to listen to music, and that usually gives me a headache‼️
The key board has the same glitches with the small cap "a" and the large cap "M"???⌨️⚫⬛❓”

“First purchase. Item is unobtainium. Nowhere else in the country has any in stock and they were selling cheaper than I've ever seen it. I had to read over it several times to make sure I wasn't imagining things. This was around 8pm Eastern time. Within 30 minutes I get an email the order has shipped. That immediately raised some red flags. They didn't provide a tracking number but I checked the Fedex app and sure enough a label was created.I know there's a lot of negative reviews and this probably looks like a fake one but if you see my other reviews I am no stranger to writing really scathing 1 star reviews when it's warranted. I think I see what the problem is here. For starters, they're drop shipping. At least they did with my order. Less control over order fulfillment. And someone else brought up that they are requiring signature. On my order, they wrote in the address line 2 space "Signature Required" but they didn't actually select that option for the shipment. It was delivered, like practically all online orders, without a signature despite it saying signature required on the label. I don't know what they're trying to do with that. Maybe get signature service without paying for it but either way, there may be some truth to those other reviews.Posted July 2022. No customer service was required. Everything is subject to change without notice. Using a virtual card with auto locking feature isn't a bad idea given the iffy reviews but I'd order again.”
