“My experience with Shauntell while purchasing a mattress today was outstanding. I was impressed with the sleep profile she went through with me, asking questions to help her find the perfect mattress for me. She was professional and extremely easy to work with. She made sure I tried out all the options and made sure I was fully informed of the financing options, their try out policy and the warranty on the mattress. Finally, my mattress is being delivered tomorrow, the very next day, and my old mattress is being removed. If you want a delightful and informative mattress purchasing experience, with no pushy sales tactics, go see Shauntell at the Mattress Firm on Harlem in Norridge, IL!”
“Both representatives were very friendly and patient as my spouse and I tried to figure out what kind of bed we want. They answered our questions and gained our trust, largely because they did not pressure us or steer us toward a particular brand or mattress. Quite a team!”
“Aristotle is awesome! I had the best experience buying the mattress. He helped me to find the one I needed and he was so knowledgeable. I’m so excited for my purchase! Happy sleeping!”

“We bought bedroom furniture for our daughter. Mr. Charlie Kim in the store was very friendly, explained in detail about the different furniture options, and gave a good discount when buying furniture. The delivery workers put everything together professionally, without damage. I recommend the Luxilon Furniture store to everyone.”
“Today on July 3rd of 2026 I was helped by Eric. I liked that he gave me space to try out all the beds and informed me about having 4 months to try out the mattress, which is awesome. He was very helpful and informal during my experience there. Im recommending everyone i know to shop here and hopefully Eric gives them the same experience!”

“Purchase my red leather couch set with two individual tears in 04. They said this in my living room area and is used daily. The set has had no issues. Only recently about to re-stuff the back and purchased new bottom cushions for a very fair price. Would recommend the furniture to anyone wanting quality.”

“Honestly, I hate mattress shopping. But man, Manoj was amazing. Made the process seamless, and he is so patient and great. He even found my record from the last time I bought from the shop, back in 2018. I couldn't be happier w Mattress Firm. Thank you again Manoj! We will be back.”
“Edith provided great service and honored the sale price even though I didn’t call until late in the day on Memorial Day! I was offered alternatives since the product is delayed in delivery. We didn’t take advantage of the offer as it wasn’t necessary but a nice gesture!”

“I absolutely love this place.
Their stock is excellent. Furniture, art, knick nacks, whatever your home desires, its probably here.
We first wandered in because we were looking for a new piece that could work as a TV stand. Our particle board one was on its last legs, and we wanted a replacement that would last.
We found a beautiful rolling buffet with a marble top, and wanted to buy it immediately, but we had no idea how we were going to get the thing to and in our apartment.
The cashier whipped out a piece of paper, and told me to call Bart.
They make it so easy to pick things up, and Bart was wonderful to work with for delivery.
The owners are so cute and make the place even better. We went back and found a second piece, and can't wait to see what is there the next time we pop in!”
“What a fantastic gem! The prices quality ration is superb. The designs, fabrics and material are so fun to browse through. Highly recommend for anyone who is looking for beautiful functional furniture with Scandinavian minimalist twist. Large selection to satisfy if not all then majority, if you into style and comfort it is your place.”
“10/10 Service & Craftsmanship – A Truly Exceptional Experience
I had an outstanding experience at this unique furniture store. I custom-ordered a couch — hand-made in Italy with 100% top grain leather — and the quality is absolutely unmatched. From the materials to the craftsmanship, every detail was flawless.
What made the experience even more special was the personalized service. Ali was phenomenal — knowledgeable, attentive, and genuinely invested in helping us find the perfect piece. His recommendations were spot-on, and he ensured our furniture arrived on time and in perfect condition. He followed up to make sure we were completely satisfied with the final result.
This wasn’t just a transaction — it was a highly personalized, professional experience that exceeded all expectations. I would recommend Ali’s expertise to anyone looking to elevate their home with quality, custom furniture. I’ll absolutely be returning for future furniture needs!”
“Amazing customer service! Chris and John are true professionals with an exceptional eye for detail. Donny, who assists with delivery and installation, is lovely and helps make the process smooth and stress-free. The pieces are fantastic! I purchased a stunning coffee table and a large floor mirror, and both exceeded my expectations. They are also very reasonable and adjust pricing based on the quality of each piece when warranted, which shows their fairness and commitment to value. I highly recommend this team for their quality, expertise, and outstanding service!”
“Andy is a delight to chat with. He is super chill and has a great sense of humor, but best of all, the way he talks about his mom, his antiques and his joy in helping customers is the BEST. Make sure to stop in soon to his new location. You won't be disappointed.”
“Person who helped me from beginning to end made the process of purchasing the item I wanted easy. She is knowledgeable and thorough and kept me informed throughout. Much appreciated!”
“Fun store with lots of unique furniture. If you like something, you better get it while you're there, or it will be gone the next time you go. The staff is super helpful as well.”
“Doug was extremely helpful and attentive. We found a great couch for a great price. This is our second consecutive couch purchased from here and we will continue giving them our business.”

“Becky is awesome! Been at the store twice looking for chair. She is very helpful and knowledgeable - since waiting for wifie to decide which office chair is for me! But in the meantime, I got A Lifeform travelite wedge for car! Great product! Lifeform products - including the chairs that I am looking it - are super duper comfortable!”

“Nice vintage shop with a lot of great curating going on.
My favorite things to look at were the jewelery displays. There was everything from costume jewelry, to 925 sterling, to gold w/ diamonds.
There was also a ton of unique and high quality furnishings / home decor to look through. Though the prices for most things were consistently on the higher end of things, the staffs warm and friendly helpfullnes made a great impression on me. I will definitely be making a note of this place for the future.
The pictures I've posted are for only a small section of the loop here. If you're into vintage and antique shopping I highly recommend stopping on in.”
